No greetings. Music and DVDs pricey. When had one in Mobile, Al, had a friendly personal atmosphere. Good selection. Clean. Need to arrange musicians better for finding music.

It's a wonderful bookstore with very helpful staff but the price of the book I wanted was more than $10 higher than amazon.I always try to buy from brick & moter first but refuse to pay that much extra

The Starbucks is a franchised location. Instead of explaining this, the half-wit "Baristas" chose instead to stand and laugh in my face as I attempt to pay with my Starbucks card. Highly unprofessional and I will not be returning to a Barnes and Noble cafe. As a former Starbucks barista, my hours would have been cut for weeks had I treated a customer in this manner.

I found my book lol nice place. Just hate the constant reminder that if I get a B&N card I could save money. Just pass the savings without the card.

Always smells good. Nice ambiancerelaxing, with a nice cafe attached for coffee and studying or hanging out. Good selection of books and other items. Staff is always friendly
