Nice vehicles but Horrible customer service.i have never had a car dealership salesman Treat me like I was I was extra work for him. I can't speak for the other location, but Spanish Fort was horrible with customer service.
I'm still blown away. I had money down and a very nice trade in. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time here.

I know some people enjoy the negotiating that comes along with buying a car but not me. I only buy gently owned cars and I truly feel that at a certain part in a car's life "it is what it is". Now I find out that Strickler Imports feels that way too! If you want to just buy a car and be done with it please go to visit Jared and the others at Strickler Imports. #notpushy #fairprice #greatservice I will never go anywhere else.

We bought a car back in 2008 at Strickler Imports and since that experience was wonderful we went back to Strickler Imports December 31st of 2014. Just like before the car buying experience was what it should be. HASSLE FREE! We didn't spend the whole day trying to buy a car and the transaction was extremely smooth. We got a fair price on our trade which made the deal even sweeter. Strickler Imports provides not Gold Customer Service, not Platinum Customer Service but instead they provide "WORLD CLASS" Customer Service! Thank you David and Jeremy for once again making our car buying experience a FANTABULOUS one!

My wife and I have purchased a total of four cars from Strickler (and my Mother-in-law has purchased two, herself). We keep going back to Strickler because of their quality inventory and quality people. They stand behind their vehicles and I know I can trust them. The purchase experience has always been easy and trade-ins have always been fair. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to buy vehicles there.

Great car buying experience! No shady games like the rest of the dealerships in the area! They gave me a great offer on my trade. I had used the #truecar program so I knew exactly how much the car I wanted was worth. Strickler Imports was actually priced 50 bucks below! They are family owned and very honest. I would not send anyone any where else! Thanks guys!

I have always hated visiting car dealerships, but my experience at Strickler was great! I knew exactly what my trade in was worth and how much the vehicle I wanted was worth. They immediately offered fair prices on both vehicles, there was no haggling or shady deals! David answered all of my questions and made a normally dreadful experience a nice one. They stand behind their vehicles and were courteous to me and my family. Old fashioned values and quality vehicles!
