Over the yeas, I have been extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of Preston Kia. My 2016 Soul is a great vehicle. I do recommend Bill Lane - work with him whenever I am getting another car.

Tom Barrett and the rest of the team at Preston Superstore of Burton is truly amazing they make each person feel as if you are family. We have bought several vehicles from Tom Barrett he is always able to help I truly will never buy from anywhere else.

extremely friendly and helpful sales and service team! I love that they are right up the road and do not have a pushy mentality!!! I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle! Tony Dardis was the salesman we spoke with.

Posting this review in hopes of management seeing it.
After two weeks and valid attempts to get ahold of Tom B., the salesman, I have finally given up and will search elsewhere. Unfortunately did not receive the information I asked for and salesman did not follow through or follow up with me in over a week even though I did call June 27, 28, 29, 30, And July 1.
When talking to the receptionist I asked for another salesperson and they transferred me to Ed the manager, however he was not available so I left my information with them and never received a call back(June 29).
Overall this is my second experience with this dealership. The first time they seemed like a friendly and great group, from ownership to employees and I received great follow through the first time, hence why I went there inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle.

Preston Kia does an excellent job in their service area everyone has a very Pleasant attitude eager to assist in any area that you need I would recommend Preston Kia to anyone who's looking for that great atmosphere smiles just an awesome friendly family type atmosphere thank you Preston Kia family.

Dropped my Sorrento off for service and was quickly greeted. There was a loaner that I had requested so I could go to work. The service was completed on around two hours which included a recall, or update for the software. Pricing was as promised and the work was done correctly. Great service department which is why I bring my 2016 Kia there for scheduled maintenance.

Had a great experience at Preston Kia. I recommend working directly with Tony Perry!! Honest, Patient and didn't pressure me! Ed Smith, the sales manager, was fantastic as well!! I would recommend family and friends to Tony in a heartbeat!!

Our experience with Preston Kia was excellent. Michael, in Service, did a great job keeping us informed of what was going on with our car. They stepped up and took care of the warranty work without hesitation. We would highly recommend Preston Kia!

100% smooth from start to finish. Needed to gather information and settle on a price in relatively quick manner, and the team at Preston worked with me to get me what I was looking in the time it needed to happen. I had a truly great experience with the Preston team and won't hesitate to be back!

Tony Perry was the best car salesman we've ever had. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we were interested in. We initially wanted to lease a vehicle and we ended up buying one instead. We've never had a more pleasureable experience when buying a car. He showed us around the dealership, introduced us to everyone, & showed us the service department. We look forward to buying our next car from Tony, & we really enjoyed the whole process! Thank you!!

WOW! Truly the best experience we have ever had at any dealer. From the moment we parked our vehicle to the moment we left with a brand new car out of the lot, the customer service we received was exceptional. A gentleman came out to the car to greet us and helped us find our way in to talk to our sales lady Karen Gcar. Karen took her time and helped us find the right vehicle for us she was very patient through the the whole process and very knowledgeable. While sitting and waiting we where greeted and welcomed by their manager Ed and James Preston. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! A special thanks to Karen and Ed for all your help and making our experience remarkable!
