After two bad experiences in charlotte, trying to buy a car. We finally found a dealer who wasn't interested in wasting our time and up selling us for things we didn't want or need. Fred, Tobias and Ken were friendly and provided great customer service.

I totally disliked on how these people worked on my truck.. Their prices are way to high and such a bad service.. I highly reccomend Buy your parts at auto zone or advance because bill will charge you 3 times as much the real price of the part.. 👎👎👎

OK so I definitely felt the need to do a different review on this dealership, due to the fact that after posing the last review my husband received a call from Daryl Smith finance manager addressing the situation with our first in counter at Bill Black Chevrolet. He was very apologetic and was determined to get my husband and I what we needed. He even stayed later with another colleague Johnny Fonlana who helped us through the process of trading our old vehicle in for our New 2017 Chevy Malibu. Gene Tucker who was the first person I had the in counter with and I wasn't to happy with his performance the first time, did make it up to me by walking us though step by step so we won't miss anything on the new features in our new car. I must say im happy with my new car and Daryl, and Johnny I thank u guys so very much for your patience and excellent customer service!!! I'll recommend everyone to buy from this location they truly make car shopping easy and enjoyable

Very friendly staff. My brother bought the truck I bought off him here and salesman took care of him. I came here about 7 or 8 years ago to have transmission looked at. The service center promptly jumped on it, found out the problem and went above and beyond on taking care of it and was able to give me a great price.

Great experience. Had a service issue with my car, and as it turns out there was a bulletin for it. They handled it and had my car ready the next day. Good honest service dept.

Love coming here. The service is great. Ask for Tim Isley when getting car repairs here. I have been coming here for two years and they take care of my car when it comes to maintenance. Bill Black Chevrolet use the great genuine part for my vehicle.

Bill Black Chevrolet always provide me with superior service every time I'm there. The staff is genuinely nice and professional. I moved to Trinity NC but will continue to bring my vehicle to BBC for service!!
