My experience at Flow Audi was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I live in Charlotte and was able to do all transactions over the phone and they even drove to our home to do the paperwork that normally takes hours at a dealership. There was no haggling or back and fourth, they gave me a fair deal from the beginning. I will no longer be a Hendrick customer and plan to deal with Flow from now on.

Couldn't ask for better service anywhere. The staff is always considerate. My people and I are long-time customers and the Audi community feels like an extension of our family. The specialist we work with, Michael Blankenship, is top of the class. My car arrived faster than expected and in A1 condition with absolutely no hiccups or missing items at all thanks to Mike. He has truly taken care of my family and I and we couldn't be more thankful for the excellant service he offers. Audi genuinely values their customers for the entire journey that Audi car owners embark on. They truly earn/deserve every bit of the customer base they maintain. Extremely satisfied.

I highly recommend Flow Audi of Winston-Salem. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, my car was serviced way ahead of schedule, and it cost much less than what I was initially quoted. Jake kept me up to date throughout the week of what was going on and any pertinent information I needed. If you need anything Audi-related, you won't be disappointed here.

Purchased a non CPO Audi from Connor and am quite happy with the vehicle and transaction overall (this is our secod purchase from Flow) Had a couple of things on a 'We Owe' list which were handled without question and eagerly. Pricing model is fair and vehicle selection was good.
