I went searching for an upgrade from a tag a long camper that camping world sold me at a over priced (deal ). I searched many places and I got the same answer. I needed to put a large amount of money down.
When I searched the Internet, I found Country Road RV. I called them and told one of the salesman what I was looking for and the trouble that I have ran into with other dealer. He told me what he would give for my trade in, if it is what I said it was when he saw it.
Jordan, was the salesman that I dealt with when my wife and I got to the dealership. He let us browse around at our leisure. Then I spotted what we liked. Any questions that we asked, he had the answer. He is an outstanding person and salesman. Then we got the privilege to speak with Jonathan Helms, the financial manger. I did do my own finance with my bank and he was ok with it.
When it came time to pick up my 2018 325 WOLFPACK 13 toy hauler and have a Pull rite automatic 5th wheel installed in my truck. It only took about 2 hours and I was ready to take my new toy home. Todd did an excellent job of explaining the demo. Greg did awesome explaining how to hook up. And there was Mike. He answered any questions or concerns that I may have about the camper. I still can call him and ask questions.
To sum it up. From the time that I made the phone call up to now 10 /24/2017. Everything has gone great. THANKS TO A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT IS OUT TO MAKE CUSTOMERS, NOT JUST SALES. I would not go nowhere else and I will recommend my friends. Great job guys and ladies of Country ROAD RV.

These guys are so attentive! I was very worried, because I've heard so many horror stories about RV sales people, but Jonathon, Jonathon and Graham were very helpful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we left the lot. We bought a new Wolf Pack toy hauler, and we've loved it! Haven't had any problems yet, and we've checked everywhere, and used everything except the fresh water tank. Can't wait for our future adventures!!

First off I will start by saying thank you to all the nice salesmen and women. Great personalities. Hats off to my salesman. I forgot his name but of he knows who he is. Brian was very helpful with explaining our RV to us and recommending products for our camper. The two sales ladies were awesome as well. Mr. Helms, with financing ,was very helpful and nice when it came to explaining the finance process to us. And after explaining our HORRIBLE experience with Camping World of Colfax, Mr. Helms was very patient when I wanted to read over my contract. Hats off to you as well. While finishing up the paperwork, the owner came in and we had a nice conversation. He didn't just walk in the office and gather items and leave, he spoke with us for about 5 minutes. I will recommend this place to any new and experienced camper when buying a camper and/or items for your camper. I had a very bad experience with Camping World of Colfax, but Country Roads fixed it by making sure I did not have buyers remorse. Keep up the good work Country Roadsyall rock.

Staff is friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of campers upgraded nicely at a great price. They are honest and don't have hidden fees. The whole place is spotless.

4 + months of warranty repair. No communicationForest River sat on RV and dealer didnt do a thing about it. This dealer is not an advocate for the customer when dealing with manufacturers. Apparently they are very busy. Picked up RV from dealer and no one could find paperwork from manufacturers explain what was done and not done. You have better options.

Excellent experience with the sales person - very patient and knowledgeable and the process was very straight forward. Delivery was great - thorough walk through - our tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was that when went to our appointment to sign the papers, the owner was in a big hurry, not very friendly and we left feeling like we had interrupted his day. When I took it back for a couple of repairs, they told me I could get it back in 2 weeks because I am a new customer but that any other time it would be 5 to 7 weeks! Sounds like you better plan to do the repairs yourself or take it somewhere else unless you have a month or so to wait. The owner says that every RV dealer they know has the same wait time. This is my fifth RV - all bought elsewhere and I have never had to wait that long for service.
