These guys have all ways gone the extra mile to help me on my truck . They have knowledge and determination. The mechanics, the programmers, the service staff ,and Cathy are all great people with good attitudes and the desire to see me do better. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs.

It takes longer to pay your bill then it does to get the work done because you will be standing at the counter being ignored the whole time

I am leased on to the carrier across the street from them they also felt the need to tell them everything I’m doing with my truck and everything that they could find wrong with it they claim that my inspection was out of date but it wasn’t because I had a federal inspection sticker on there they were looking at the Pennsylvania inspection sticker which is not needed.
I will absolutely never ever be in the shop again

On my 3rd power box. Drove from Alabama to their shop, spent 5k, lost a week of revenue and went thru 3 ecm units. Took truck to Caterpillar n their engineers said power box was interfering with injector drivers in ecm unit. Sent power box back 3 weeks for testing n haven't heard a peep from Bruce or Brian. Beware of anything they tell you.

I bought air filters mufflers and manifold turbo for my truck to get better fuel mileage nothing works so Bruce told me I need to get it in and Dino it so made arrangements to get there took couple weeks and they checked it out and mechanic said that I needed to turn it up to get more power and he wood advance the timing so when cruising it wood get better mileage he said half mile per gallon if lucky one mile per gallon guess what still only getting five miles to a gallon so all the money I spent with them should have just kept it . That's what I get for listening to Kevin Rutherford about how good Pittsburgh power is. I think I'm going to put everything back to stock I got better fuel mileage that way

Amazing Experience
2012 Freightliner Cascadia Cummings ISX 15 450hp

I called Monday morning with a loss of power issue.
Fortunately I was 2 days ahead or schedule on my cross country run.
They told me to come on in, day one they fixed my power loss issue (back pressure sensor) Day two they cleaned my exhaust system sensors took it all apart and put it back together. After they finished that they Put my Truck on the Dyno and it produces about 400Hp and 1400ftlb torq. I had previously added a fleet air filter and saw an immediate drop of about 1mpg in my fuel economy. Costing me over $100 a week in fuel plus the cost of the filter so I asked them to test the Vacuum pressure on the fleet air filter verses my old paper filter. They did this and confirmed that the new filter had a lower vacuum meaning it had a little better air flow, considering this I chose to keep the Fleet air filter. Then they reprogrammed my computer, which increased my Horse power to 527hp and my torq to almost 2000ftlb of torq. Sorry I don't have the exact numbers right now I miss place the papers.

4-14 7.88mpg I knew it was going to be good when I saw that I had gone 1000 miles and still had over 1/4 tank left.
It pulls hills much better far less down shifting to pull hills far better fuel economy, and I was playing with the power so I'm certain i can get even better fuel economy with this new set up!!!

I highly recommend this shop and had an amazing experience. No one is perfect I read the other reviews first and decided that if everyone that had a bad experience wrote a bad review and considered that some are just complainers and others have legit complaints, But those that are super happy which I am fairly certain are most say thank you and go on their way with out writing a review. Frankly you can not get the amazing reputation they have with out doing most everything extremely well, which for me they clearly did!!!

1 star because I can't put 0 star. This company came highly recommended by my mechanic, and they also have a big name in the industry. But after the experience we had with them, I nor my mechanic will be using them again. And he has had a long relationship with them. When the part (an injector) that you worked for me, messes up my #6 cylinder, in under 500 miles and the only thing you can do is send me another injector! You charge me freight, you drag your feet, and give me the run around? It took them over a month to send us another injector, and this was after my mechanic ate the cost of overnight shipping to expedite the process. The worst customer service. I will make sure to tell anybody who listens to never use this company. First photo is how a normal spray pattern should look on a cylinder head. Second one is what happens when you drill the injector wrong, and it scars the cylinder wall.

Best shop I've been to. If your are a O/O and have a older truck and tired of the dealers not wanting to work on it, or not knowing how to work on it. This is the place to go. This has become my main shop to get work done in the future.

I rated 5 stars because four and a half wasn't an option. They may not be perfect and have slipped up and made a couple errors on my Cat but are the premier shop to get the most out of your engine. Great programmers, nice inventory.

YoderTeam think Bruce should stay focused on running his business and less focused on trying to get famous by being on the Radio 📻 all the time with Kevin.

I had my truck in his shop 3 times this year for the same issue and they still haven't fixed it.
Pittsburgh power 💪 is great on simple issue , however there Electrical Engineer are anything but top 🔝 notch. At this point I think the TA shop is Equal with Pittsburgh Power Electrical staff.
I am very disappointed 😥 by Bruce.
