I always take my Escape here for service. Have never had a problem and the staff is extremely courteous.

In November we were visiting the area FOR a College visit -- four hours away from home and our car broke down and left us stranded. We had it towed to Moon Township Ford and had incredible service! Thank you to Christy Luther, Service Consultant for her customer service , knowledge and professionalism. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us during a "not so ideal" situation

I took my F-250 to have some work done on the front end and when I picked it up a week later there on the passenger side was a giant gash (18" long) and dent in the bed and the taillight was broken. They didn't believe me when I told them that the damage was done there and they had to check there intake photos to see if the damage was done before I dropped it off. They told me they were going to take care of it after they couldn't find any pictures of the damages done on intake. However, this doesn't excuse the fact that when you are a Company dealership, you shouldn't be letting every Tom, Dick, and Joe drive vehicles they can't handle. That would've avoided the situation all together. Be wary taking large vehicles into this place

Overall a terrible dealership. Very country dirt road sort of mentality. Sales manager looks very sloppy and seems very lazy for fact not involved with customers. Did not even get out of his chair. I heard another manager screaming at an employee. Not professional at all. Place just looks very cheap and outdated. Would not recommend.

It was a 5 last year but this year we doubt three salesman lied to us and so did service on the free inspection. They said we needed rotors and brake pads to pass. Our regular mechanic said no we didn't need rotors yet but will by next inspection.
But they worked hard to get a good Pryce and rate.response / report this review -

We traveled to every dealership on University looking for the best deal that my girlfriend could get on trading in her vehicle. Mostly every dealership had a similar offer until we arrived at Moon Ford. I had stopped last year to see if I could trade my vehicle in and while I didn't end up doing business there, I remembered how awesome my salesman was. When we went back he was the first one to greet us and he remembered me as well. She ended up buying a brand new 2017 Focus, and it was $60 less then every other similar vehicle we looked at elsewhere. I will certainly go back in a few years when I pay my vehicle off and get my mustang there.

I called the dealership at 9am when they opened to schedule a test drive on a truck and told then I worked until 3pm then had an hour and a half drive there. The salesman text me throughout the day bugging me to try to get there faster. Then started telling me people were calling and wanting to look at it. After 3pm he text me over 30 times while i was trying to drive there saying someone was test driving it at 4pm and that I needed to hurry or it wouldn't be there. When I got there he said someone was financing it but from the "look" of them their credit probably wouldn't go through. I needed up going to car right dodge ram jeep right beside them and purchased an f150 that was a year newer and less miles for cheaper than the one moon two ford had. Definitely a terrible experience dealing with them

Pricing was better than other dealerships in the Area and the buying experience was exceptional. My sales consultant Z was knowledgeable and made the pain involved in car buying easy and simple.

My representative, Chris Langham made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail, and was very personable. He took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. Again, no matter what experience you have purchasing vehicles, this team goes above and beyond!

Very professional sales force. Facility is beautiful. I was taken on a tour of the store and then we took a test ride. I purchased an F150 and drove it home that same day. Keith and Brian were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a great experience. I will definitely recommend my colleagues to purchase from Moon Township Ford👍👍
