  I took my vehicle there just last week with electrical issues of some sort. After the dealership held my car for one day for diagnostics and another day for repair, and $600 later, not even one week passed before I was having the exact same issues prior to the service.
  
  I took my car back in hopes of having it properly diagnosed and fixed. After holding my car for ANOTHER four days, I had to hunt down the staff for updates and never once was I contacted by them for news of my car. I had to call back and request the manager before I had any information. In the end, it seems they aren't able to identify the issues that my car continues to have, and I'm a good amount of money out the window.
  
  I do not recommend this dealership.
  
  UPDATE: After picking up my car following this experience, I began a six hour drive out of state. Within thirty minutes ALL of the issues continued for me despite the dealership being “unable” to witness the issue. I have reached out to customer service after providing them with proof through videos of the continuing issues and am awaiting a response.

  I walked in without an appointment to get my oil changed. I was treated great. Waiting room comfortable. Car done. Cleaned. Levels checked and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for great service on my time schedule!

  Great and speedy service for the job that needed done. Automotive Technician Brian was great, fixed my car and even though it took a little longer than expected, I had my car back in a day.

  I purchased a used 2014 GMC Acadia from here, and it was by far the best car-shopping experience that I've ever had. I love my car! Nathan was extremely kind and easy going, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It was truly a hassle-free and FUN experience. I never felt any pressure from anyone there and was confident that all of my questions were answered correctly and truthfully. Who can say that when they go car shopping???? The manager, Dave, was a lot of fun to work with, and I will make sure to send all of my referrals directly to his team. Thanks for the experience!

  Excellent experience with GMC this week. We just paid off our Chevy Tahoe and was looking to get an upgrade and Cochran Buick GMC of Robinson made that a seamless process for us. I can't begin to tell you how seamless and smooth the process flowed from beginning to end. Rebates, military discounts, trade value and transparency throughout the whole process. Donel was the consummate professional from the jump. No sales pitch and a great listening ear. He was able to listen for what we were looking for and identified those vehicles that worked for our situation, our comfort, and price while getting the best deal. His team supported him and that was the turning point for us. An organization where management and finance supports sales is a win win for me and could be a win win for you. I observed this process and those relationship before I made my decision and their staff worked brilliant together. Thanks Team GMC for delivering quality with professionalism.   Receive the call from the service writer stating that the vehicle was due for service. Dropped vehicle off, and received a call within a couple hours that the maintenance have been finished. Don is a great person and always treats us great! Thank you for such great customer service.

  Kory and Brandon, down in Collision are great.
  Very helpful and courteous.
  As are Don, Lexi and the others up in the service department.
  The young fella in sales that sold my Wife and I our Terrain(I forget his name, sorry. He has recently married) is a good dude.
  So yeah. Good people down there.
