I'm a long time Crivelli fan. The staff is fair, honest and treat me like family. Just bought our fourth car there the Ivy Metallic color of the 2018 Equinox is beyond beautiful. I don't even consider visiting other dealerships because I know if there is a better deal, Brock will tell me. The service department has never let me down. As I said, family is the key word. I do wish other dealers acted like these gentlemen and ladies, just so more people could experience a fine buying situation. Not that I would want to buy a car from anyone else, but other people could have a nice time when they have to shop.
Has a good repair service also friendly sales personal.
Best sales in the area barb katz if you want a good car at a good price give her a call
Love Crivelli, they always take good care of their customers. .
Paid around $5,700 for a 2005 Chevy Classic less than a year ago. Many mechanical problems since. Come to find out from another chevy dealer the frame is rusted and may not pass inspection in February. Not a happy customer.
So I had my 2009 Silverado Duramax Diesel serviced there (they had 1 diesel tech and at the time they were the closest dealer to me, I was still under warranty), I think in early 2014, and it has been the WORST experience you could imagine for such simple service they did to the truck.
#1 Their card reader was broke and somehow the old lady at the register charged me 3 TIMES. I filed a dispute with my bank and they gave me 1 of the charges back but told me to rectify the problem with the dealer.
#2 THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR RESPONDED TO EMAILS, even after calling the bloody service manager. So since I would throw up in their face I decided my time was not worth dealing with their crap anymore and didn't show up to the dealer.
#3 They ordered me a clip for my visor and stated they would call me when it arrived in a couple days (well before the transaction dispute), of course that never occurred.
#4 I had my glow plugs replaced because a couple had died and it was in the depth of winter. Guess what I just had one die today, and guess what else, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO LAST FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS. So they lied, charged me for a full set, and only replaced the broke ones.
The pure scum that exists in the McKees Rocks area needs to be stamped off the face of the earth. I will NEVER trust a dealer service center for as long as I live, good thing I learned my lesson at 25.
I would say go to Baierl, but they have let me down the last two times I had my truck serviced there, severe overcharge (at first they were amazing, but then they got rid of Kevin Heberling at the front desk, probably because he didn't fleece people).
The worst exprience ever! I took it there for manifold Pick up my car and it broke down on the highway they never tighten my transmission line, transmission was spraying everywhere. Towed my car to them and Kenny said oh they forgot to tighten the hose Got the car back with a broken motor mount and a leak. Paid to get the leak fix and now it's still leaking!!! They did fix the motor mount at no cost (that they broke) worse customer service ever set there for 7hrs with no result but more charges. Beware of this Chevrolet dealership/service department Jim Crivelli they are Scammers and there mechanics are worse then the street mechanics
During a visit for an 11 am appointment a little over a week ago, I had the misfortune of my car battery dying in the parking lot of the Rite Aid at the end of the plaza Jim Crivelli Chevy is located. I live north of the city, so it wasn't exactly a close-to-home place to have your battery die. Tom Horgan and his team were kind enough to help me out by giving my battery a jump and get me on my way. Things like that are often overlooked and taken for granted nowadays. Now that I've personally experienced the extra mile these folks are willing to go for others, I will certainly be keeping them at the front of my mind next time I am in the market for a vehicle.
Called for a service evaluation and repair work for my son's SUV while he was away at college. The service department was great as they fit the service visit into a busy schedule on very short notice. Kenny and Bob were fantastic diagnosing the issues, following up with me to explain the situation, and were extremely fair in billing me for the work. So easy to get ripped off when doing business long-distance. Sales may be the bright light of any dealership but service and customer care is the foundation of a great business and Crivelli Chevrolet should be proud to be represented by their Service Department!
