My daughter and I bought a new 2018 RAV4 LE AWD yesterday. The entire process was wonderful! Definitely recommend Chelsea Mansfield and this store.

Don't buy a used car here. They sold me an unsafe vehicle. The check engine light was on before I drove off the lot and it's already been in 3 times for service. Today the vehicle stalled out on Bigelow Boulevard during rush hour while I had my infant in the car. One issue after the next but today the flashing check engine life made me scared for my life. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Couldn't get anybody to come up and talk to us. As if we could not afford to buy one of their trucks. We make over a hundred thousand a year. These people are pure idiots. The way we dress has nothing to do with our financial situation. total morons

I would just like to express how happy we, daughter and I, are with your service dept. Although it didn't start out to well. First time we dropped vehicle off we got it back saying it was bad gas. Got 1 trip in before all lights came back on. Returned the next day and dropped vehicle back off. Got a call from John, svc manager, he assured me he would personally be involved. He went as far as putting a test set of tires on vehicle and determined it was the shake from a bad tire activating the lights. Although I wasn't hip on buying tires from a dealership, $$$$, we actually ended up doing just that because of the way John handled the entire thing. So with that being said both my daughter and I would like to say Thank You John!!

Cliff Matthews was undoubtedly the best auto salesman I've ever had. He was so sincere, kind, patient, honest, informative and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me (retired old lady) find just the right vehicle to suit my needs. He was a very quiet, low key person and not pushy at all. His only goal was to make me happy with the car I chose and to make sure it would fulfill my needs. He was awesome- You can't go wrong in asking for him to serve you. I was indeed Blessed to have gotten him.
Adam (a real people person) who processed the sale was also very good in explaining everything and making sure I had my needs met!
I have had my previous Sienna for 12 years and just downsized to a retirement community and needed a smaller vehicle to get in my garage. I love my Toyotas, they are the best vehicles I've ever owned!response / report this review -

Lots of automated phone systems to make sure you speak to the right department, yet no one ever picks up a phone. Calls backs are hit or miss leaving you wondering if they even want your business. If you manage to get someone to schedule service, they never complete work on time. If you can get ahold of someone to ask if they've completed work, they leave you on hold for 5 minutes and then say they can't find the mechanic!? Every time. Like it's some clown fiesta over there and they're so disorganized that they can't track someone in the 21st century. So they tell you that they'll call you right back but they never do. Car hasn't exploded, so I guess they do adequate work, +1 star. Keep in mind, this is the dealer, not some 3rd party mechanic. You pay extra for that "service".

This place is wonderful if you want to walk around and not be bothered. But, if you are a serious car buyer with $ in your pocket ready to drive a new car off the lot, be prepared to walk around some more hoping to find someone to help you. Perhaps I showed up during lunch hour for everyone. Lol
Oh well, went to North Hills Toyota and the staff was wonderful, not pushy, and very helpful. Best of all, they had better prices. Drove a new car off the lot same day. Thanks North Hills :-)

Overall the visit was very positive. Our salesperson was very kind and helpful. The person who completed our financial paperwork was very helpful and informative. Nobody was pushy or rude during the day. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Expertise, excellent service, and fair prices. I was always told to avoid dealerships for service. Maybe you should avoid most dealerships, but definitely not Baierl! They are awesome.

Bought a used car with clean car fax. After 10k miles the throttle body went out, computer system, AWD system, back up cam then the transmission. Had a year of non stop repairing and diagnostic costs. Still had 14k on the payments of a virtual paperweight. Was lucky to find a dealer to take a used lemon off my hands.

It was great. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My service advisor was super friendly and amazing. I had a coupon for a cheap oil change and they honored it. I will definitely be back

I purchased a 2017 4Runner from Cliff and the sales experience was excellent. This is my third Toyota purchase from Baierl(I live an hour and a half away) and from negotiation to closing the process was seamless and transparent. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and not overbearing. Cliff went over every function of the 4Runner before I left and was genuinely thankful for the sale. I highly recommend Baierl for your future Toyota purchase.
