DO NOT TAKE NEW CARS HERE! My new car was rear ended and I took it here.
When I went to pick up my car the 1st time it was covered in dust and dirt (not normal dust from sitting ouside) like it was sitting in a mill. As i looked over it there was front end damage done by Autobody, which i assume they were trying to hide with dirt. they did repair it and provide me with a rental car after I proved it wasn't there when I dropped it off. When I picked my car the 2nd time i should have looked closer as I have noticed little scratches in the paint and sunroof that I missed last time. I'm also assuming that they also used a wheel brush instead of a micro mitt to wash my entire car as there is now a hazy look every time the Sun hits it. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST taking close up pictures of your entire car inside and out to make sure that is return the exact shape it was delivered. Unfortunately I did not take pictures so I cannot prove that the scratches were not there prior to dropping it off.
As for the body work they did, I took it to multiple places and the said it was good work. Unfortunately a car that I refuse to let sit out side is now covered in little chips and scratches from Moon Autobody.response / report this review -

So I see this page is full of sports activities and no work. This body shop has had my truck for 3 weeks and still doesn't know when a dent and some scratches will be repaired I was told by a worker there that they are running behind on their work and they hope it will be done tuesday..when it was supposed to be done todayafter it was supposed to be done last week. I stop by after work to get something from my truck15mins after their closing time and there is not a soul here. U would think that if they are running so behind on their schedule that they would stay a little over everyday so that they might actually get some work done. 3 weeks they have had my carand I am livid. The other shop gave me a time frame of 4 days I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Moon Autobody is one of the most professional and efficient businesses I have dealt with. Particularly Scott made a distressing event manageable and went out of his way to help us every step of the way. I highly recommend them and they will get all of my Autobody business going forward.
