If I could give their service department zero stars, I would. They are completely disorganized unprofessional and uncommunicative. I made an appointment for service on my car on a date when they could give me a loaner. While in the phone with a service advisor, I asked if we could drop off the car if we decided we didn't need a loaner and was told that would be fine. I called a short time later and got the service voicemail and told them we would drop off the car. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the first thing the advisor said was "we close in an hour." We told him we understood that, but we were dropping it off. He told us to just park it somewhere outside. The following Monday I called and was told they didn't have anyone to look at my car yet. I stopped in the next day to inquire on it's status and was told they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until my original service appointment date and hadn't even written it up. Apparently, they were just going to keep it until they got around to it. They did not communicate with me in any way to let me know the status. When I explained that it would have been nice to receive a phone call with this info, she told me she's heard that from other customers, too. I'm completely dissatisfied with Shults Lincoln and will never use their service department again. They don't even have a service manager to handle situations like this.

I was initially please with finding a very nice used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. In the beginning I was told I had to wait to get a new window motor installed. Within 24 hours of picking up the car it became clear that the rubber stripping that keeps water from entering the door at the bottom of the window was completely worn away and ineffective.

I confidently reached out to Shults to discuss getting it fixed. Since the cause for the damaged motor that was replaced could likely be attributed to the worn out seals.

I was fortunate enough to hear back today, two weeks later, that as of now Shults is not interested in fixing this since it is not a "safety issue" but neither was the window motor that they felt the need to fix? It stands to reason that if Shults thought it necessary to replace a window motor that they'd have wanted to fix the cause as well. This would ensure the same problem they felt the need to fix would not happen again in another window or even the same.

Unfortunately I am waiting for someone to get back from a vacation so that I can hear if I'll be so lucky to have this corrected. As it continues to rain and potentially cause water damage to the vehicle.

Fingers Crossed that I get a reason to revise this rating.

UPDATE: I was contacted and Shults will be covering the repairs. Adjusted from 1 to 3 stars. Will update again after repairs are complete.

Had our green pony in for an oil change. Shelley Virag notified us that our tires were close to being unsafe to drive on. She recommended several brands and types of replacement tires. Went home to research the selections and settled on the Continentals. Came back the next week and the tires were in and ready to be installed. Shelley also suggested a 4 wheel alignment due to the uneven wear. Very happy with the service and the professionalism of this dealership.

Avoid for Maintenance at all costs. I am gladly driving 20 minutes past Shults to get my Fiesta maintained. I took my car in for a clutch replacement (which is to be expected for this model) only to receive it back still making sounds and shifting funny. When I called back in they assured me it was supposed to do that, completely disregarding the fact that I had 30k miles without a broken transmission so I know damn well how it drives.

Then, like an absolute idiot I trusted the service advisor. 300 miles later I am scheduled for an appointment at a competing Ford dealer now that my transmission shifts like it is full of gravel.

Cars are big investments. If they are that dishonest to me do you really want to risk that kind of money at an establishment that doesn't care about their customers concerns?

Meh, not a fan of dealerships. They're all the same. Will tell you anything to sell a car. This was a last resort purchase.

You're right. I was a bit harsh. But we all know that anyone can provide a decent car or part buying experience. And that what really counts is how well a dealer stands by the product. Of course, you can throw all of that out the window with a used car purchase. I only bought a quart of transmission lube. And you do have a lot of good reviews. Considering that, I'll give you 4.9 stars. I never give up 5. Have a good evening.

Purchased my SUV on saturday morning, quick easy painless.. never test drove it just signed the papers and left after it was cleaned up drove the few miles home parked it until today, my daughter goes to get in the car and the passenger back door is broken. The whole interior of the door is loose and falling off. Dropped the car off Monday, got a rental and my car was fixed by Tuesday. Nice and easy with no hassle. Things happen and if you have my luck, they happen a lot. But no complaints.

Oil change took over an hour and a half! Watched the guys working on it doing everything but work on my car! It's very frustrating because I bought this package when I bought my car but if I would have known this is what I had to look forward to every time I needed it done I would have spent the extra money and gone else where! Absolutely by far the worst place to deal with! Can't wait till this package is done with!!!

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and we live about 1500 miles away. Bob was amazing. He worked with us on ever step of the process. Any questions we had, he was patient to answer and sent us as many photos, emails and documentation we needed. The vehicle was shipped and arrived just as advertised, no surprises. I am very pleased with the customer service we received and while we maybe 1500 miles away, I would for sure consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Thank you for such great service ! - The Texas Couple
