I love the staff here, especially the women. They are always so kind and helpful. Half of my wardrobe is HD. Hopefully will purchase a (my 2nd, but first from here) bike in the future from here.

I bought a 2018 Street Glide from Mike Arnold (Salesman) and Joe Homolek (Sales Manager) I had a good experience at the beginning and i spiraled downhill very quickly during the sales process. It got to the point where my salesman, Mike Arnold, actually refused to let me speak to anyone and hung up the phone on me when I was trying to have an issue resolved, and this was after I purchased the bike.
I have a full written review that was too long to put on here that was very detailed. It is on their Facebook page at Three Rivers Harley it was posted on 10/18/2017 with a 1 star review if you would like to read the whole review about my experience.
The service department, clothing/merchandise, parts counter, and their financing manager I had no issue with and they were all awesome. But I would never recommend anyone to here, and I would suggest saving your time and dealing with another dealer such as McMahon's Harley because unfortunately one department can ruin the whole dealership.response / report this review -

Bought my 2015 Heritage in the Fall of 2014. They had to find the one I wanted.
A few days later they went North Carolina and switched one out. I had my New Bike! Everyone in the store was very helpful and experienced! Went over the Bike from top to bottom to make sure I understood everything! Great group of People!!! If your in the area stop in and look around.response / report this review -

An amazing staffas a new customer to Harley, everyone took the time to explain all aspects of the bikes, gear and more importantly, the Harley community. They demonstrated patience and professionalism and not once did I feel like I was making an uninformed decision about purchasing a bike. Michael P. is an excellent salesperson and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

Chris, was in the midst of training your new service write-up employee, Sybil I believe, While she was preparing my service order for oil and inspection Chris was extremely patient, understanding and helpful with her as she was obviously learning all the ropes. It was a pleasure to see and hear how helpful and kind Chris was. Most importantly; After service was completed on my bike, I paid and was on my way home when 1/2 mile from the dealership my muffler broke off. Fortunately the front piece of the muffler did not hit the pavement, did in and cause me to lose control. Upon returning to the dealership I got Chris and we inspected what happened. While neither of us could explain why it broke Chris offered to install a set of mufflers that were similar in nature to mine he had had lying around and that he would gladly change them out for me. So while I was somewhat panicked and concerned he showed me the same graciousness he had shown to Sybil earlier. Chris is to be commended for putting his best foot forward and serving a needing customer in the fashion he did.

“Thoroughly impressed with the treatment from this sales department. Willing to take the time to earn the sale, Willing to sit down and explain the bike etc. Have had Harleys as long as I can remember and a few new ones. This was best purchase experience so far. Joe and Mike did a great job. As did the entire staff I met. Can't wait to have my accessories installed. Highly recommended.. ”Cheryl and Joe in parts are Rockstars also.

Well all I can say is it was the best!!! They are all great there, I felt like I family member. I bought the bike I wanted, brand new and they all made it , my bike better!!!! Treated me terrific!!! I will get all my bikes needs at three Rivers!! They all no what they are doing!! I can't wait to go back and see my new friends again!! Again thank you all so very much!!! God bless all of you!!!
