  My husband made an 8am appointment for an alignment on my truck. Guy opening shows up at 8:09 am, said he forgot the keys.
  It takes another 10 minutes to do whatever and to NOT give a timeline for when the truck should be ready, just said it would be ready today.
  Impressed ?
  No, not in the slightest. We will be taking any further alignment needs back to Bungees.

  Hands down the best automotive repair service experience I've ever had. The store manager Ray, was friendly, courteous, and treated me like more than just a customer.
  In today's economy there are so many options to choose from when considering automotive service, whether it's at a dealership or a local mechanic, the most important factor to me is customer service.
  I walked in just to get a price quote for my rear brakes, and walked out truly impressed. Within a matter of minutes, I had been given exceptional customer service, a great price quote for the repairs, and I felt I was fostering a new respect for local businesses in my area.
  I've been to this location before, and they always made me feel like I was getting the best deal, but this was different. I want to thank Ray(manager) and his staff for exceeding my expectations.

  Great customer service! Ray was super friendly and professional. Milter did a great job with my oil change. The team communicated well with me on what my car needs and everything was done on a timely manner.

  I went online and selected a selected a location. After selecting my location it offered me coupons. They had a $16.99 conventional oil change. Great deal right? Well after checking my car in and letting them know of the coupon and they wrote it down I left. When I get back after the service was done they entered the coupon and says it's invalid Well apparently the coupon is valid in the Cicero location only. It did state it in the fine print of the bottom of the coupon but it is very deceiving that after I selected the location it would offer me that deal. Please before you bring your car here and have a coupon read the fine print.

  These guys are life savers. They saved me $$ and do great work. Had my fuel line damaged and they got it fixed quickly.
