Red Shirt Guys Roofing has replaced two roofs for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable with polite, hardworking crews that treat your property as if it was their own. Completed jobs quickly and yard was immaculate! No nails or construction debris anywhere. They made everything so easy for us. Work was completed several years ago and has stood the test of time. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This company did two roofing projects for my business and home. Both times it went flawless and I couldn't be happier. My project manager, Mr. Jonathan was very courteous, professional, and thorough. He helped me making the best decision. Their price range was reasonable too, certainly not the cheapest on the market but I took it knowing that they would stand firm on their warranty. Once the plan was complete, their installation crews showed up and put the new roofing exactly on time they said. It was a very satisfactory experience, no hassle, no complaints. I strongly recommend this company.

I am a property manager and have used Red Shirt Guys for multiple homes in the Columbia and Sumter SC areas. I have used them for basic roof inspections, roof repairs and full roof replacements. They are prompt in scheduling appointments and provide detailed estimates. They complete jobs timely and provide quality work. Communication before, during and after a job has been impeccable. I recommend you give them a call!

I am very happy with our roof . The Red Shirt Guys made the process quick and easy. This was a very good company to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They were punctual each day and very conscientious as the workers worked from sunup to sundown. I was never unable to contact someone before and during the installation. The weather was extremely hot, but I never saw them taking many breaks at all. The cleanup process was perfect. Tim and Jonathan grew up in our neighborhood and have stellar reputations . I highly recommend The Red Shirt Guys for your roofing needs.

Calling the Red Shirt Guys roofing company is now always the first phone call I make when needing any roofing repair. I've made the unfortunate decision in the past to try someone else to do repairs and boy did I clearly understand the difference in workmanship, professionalism and care in the job delivered. When dealing with Red Shirt guys they make you feel comfortable and well informed throughout the decision making process. In addition, they keep you up to date as the project unfolds and make sure you are happy all the way until the job is completed. Every one who works there truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver a quality job. You can't go wrong when dealing with this company. I'll pick up that phone to call them for help when I need it time and time again without hesitation! My experience with the Red Shirt Guys was amazing. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and courteous. Whenever we had questions, or concerns, they promptly and thoroughly explained each step of the process and any contingencies to be aware of. We had a lot of anxiety approaching our project, but upon meeting these guys, it melted away. Amazing customer service, and overall a great experience!

They were very detailed in their diagnosis, explained the potential options step by step, and were transparent in their pricing. Beyond their expertise, their customer service was excellent. A+ service and quality of work. Let's face it, no one looks forward to having a leaky roof. But it's a relief to work with a dependable team that cares and stands behind their work. I'd recommend The Red Shirt Guys for any job, big or small.
