We love this waterpark because it’s close to home. The music is a little annoying for us. We have younger kids and the music is sometimes inappropriate for them. Most of the time the lifeguards are not really paying attention to the kids because they are dancing. But one time we were there and a kid had an issue and the lifeguards seem to have acted pretty quickly. So maybe they are actually paying attention… Who knows?
The food at the concession stand is not great it’s your typical overpriced concession stand greasy food. But you can bring your own sandwiches. And you should definitely bring water. In the concession stand they will sell you sunscreen if you have forgotten yours. They also have goggles and stuff like that. Please don’t run! But enjoy yourself it’s a great, fun place!
This was our first time at the aqua park. We came for a birthday. The park was very clean all the way around. We stayed in the under 3 feet areas and enjoyed the small slide, water geysers, and the little water park ground. There was both paved areas and grass. We really enjoyed laying in the grass. The price was great as well!
Likely the best publicly accessible water park on the north side / northern suburbs. Features two big slides, one 'drop' slide, and a diving board for older kids and adults, and a kiddie slide, water features and a dedicated water park (with another slide) for kids under 6. Features a walk in design so it's perfect for all levels. Also has food on-site although you can bring your own.
This was fun! I think that my kids would have stayed for another four hours (beyond the four we were already there). The slides are fun and the park isn't so big that it is inundated with people.
We were sad that it didn't get to 95° like we hear the weather was supposed to, but this place has a nicely heated pool with activities for children and adults of all ages. The slides! The splash park (that can be used by the youngins during adult swim)! Great staff and great patrons!
Particularly nice for a little children as it has variable death pools. Opens early in the morning from lap swimming. You can buy a season pass or a daily entry fee.
It's an AWESOME place to stay on a hot day, and the staff at nice. There are always a lot of people, but that doesn't take away from the fun!
Very clean and organized. Thank you
Great waterpark, fun for kids, but some lifeguards are not doing their job.
kid friendly water park
Good food in concession. The straight slide is fun but lots stairs.
They've removed the sandbox and made it all sprinklers- nice!😊
They've also added heat!😉
Lifeguards are pretty good but still watch your kids and be in the water with them.
Drawbacks- jack up non-resident fee and it get very crowded.
Lots of random rules and can be pretty busy, but still a great time
Pretty small water park. Food was overpriced and they do use tax. Could not believe it costs money to put ice in your water! Only 2 slides (both are body slides). It looks like it has a wave pool, but it does not. Though it has a water playground. I would not really recommend coming here.
Great place to have a fun day with the family. The kids love the pool and the water slides.
