I am absolutely amazed how my old carpet looks after professionals from WHITEHALL CARPET CLEANERS done with it! Young men were very knowledgeable, polite, answered all questions I had. We’ve been privileged to have Whitehall maintain our floor coverings and furniture and even ceilings following water damage over many years. The staff is always professional and friendly and meticulous, reviving our decor and treating problem areas. We trust them to be in our home even if we aren’t present. Follow up and personalized help from the office is consistently excellent. We wouldn’t employ anyone else for these services.

From setting up the day of service to finishing up and after I am very pleased with the service, the customer care over the phone, the people who came to perform the service and the response I received regarding my questions after the service. I have used Whitehall in the past and will continue in the future. We had an accident on our carpet and after trying for 2 days to get rid of the horrible lingering smell of urine in our brand new carpet I decided to let the professionals handle it. I am glad I did. I calles a few days later I had an appointment. On time and quickly the service was explained and performed. After the two gentlemen left I called customer service because there was a funny smell and it was explained that it’s part of the process and if not gone another service would be done for a few of $30 I believe. It was not needed. By the next day as promised no smells of any kind , I got on my hands and knees to smell the two specific spots of the accident and there is no smell of any kind. I am pleased and satisfied with the service and response provided when I freaked out thinking the room would still smell like sour stuff. Great communication.

Whitehall does great work. They are dependable, thorough, and do exceptionally great carpet cleaning for a reasonable price. Their crews are trustworthy and polite. I have called on them for over a decade and will continue to do so. Good people!

Great company! I work for a carpet cleaning company in MD, so I knew what to look for when I needed to have my carpets and furniture cleaned. Whitehall uses high quality truck-mounted equipment and professional cleaning supplies. They worked hard to remove the stains on my floor (no extra charge). The carpet dried in a few hours, which is expected if you're going to have it cleaned correctly. The prices was what I expected to pay to a professional cleaning. I would highly recommend their service!

Taylor and Dalton arrived professionally attired, carefully explained my options and did an exemplary job. My tired carpet looks fresh and new again. The technicians were on time, very polite, and they did a great job. I hadn't had my carpets professionally cleaned in several years, so I wanted someone really thorough. A friend recommended them to me, and they exceeded my expectations. Carpets look awesome. In and out in under an hour (3 bedrooms + living room). I always like to support local businesses, so I will definitely use them again.

Whitehall exceeded my expectations. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My carpet looks new again (10 years old!!!). There was a spot that I tried and tried to get out with no luck. The technician pulled a bottle of magic cleaner out of his back pocket and worked with it and it's gone. These guys are amazing!

I have always had exceptional service from the Lashway's. (owners). They special treat my heavy traffic areas and pet stains. Very reasonably priced, and flexible with my schedule.
