I absolutely love Pearsons. I will not go anywhere else!!! Ken is so kind and I trust him wholeheartedly. He's never pushythere have been several times i've gone in when they could have pushed me to buy something, but every time Ken has been completely honest about what I do and don't need. I'm basically a walking advertisement for Pearson's because I'm constantly recommending them to everyone I know!! Best auto shop i've ever been to!

I have been there a couple of times to get inspections. They did a good job, and they really helped me out. But the last time I went to get an inspection I arrived as they opened and was told it would be another hour wait because no techs were there, I needed it done as I was on my way to farmingtonwhy aren't techs there when you open? So I went to the jiffy dump up the street who I hate.. I went over today at 01:30 pm May 07 2016 to get propane. They weren't open even tho there schedule says there open. I looked in the front office and there was a note posted on the counter that read closed for training. I am not going there any more because you go to a business that's says there open to do business!*****Update went back today and got propane best local price $3.00 gal

5 stars for this shop. All crew members were awesome to deal with. Ken was able to get me in next day and have repair made that day. Crew worked fast and efficient. Price of job was very reasonable. I will continue to use these guys in the future

Had a issue with my shocks, they inspected and when quoting me a price , they noticed it seemed to high and adjusted it. They installed it and it was okay but shortly after i had some strange noise coming from it. Went back to them and they immediately took care of it. Awesome! they have my trust!

We love these guys! They are the absolute best of anywhere that I've ever taken my car. They even take excellent care of our decrepit cars in their old age and as they struggle through safety an emissions. Ken (the owner) hires good staff, gives a fair price, is honest, and gets work done in a timely manner. They always listen and even give advice over the phone and are never pushy. They also always call and let me know the diagnosis before making any repairs so I can let them know what route I want to take. One time we had a car die and they let me push it around the corner after business hours so they could look at it the next morning. When it was diagnosed that my car was dead for good, Ken priced new and used parts and let me know pros and cons to having them make such a major repair with each option for parts. I've always been happy with my service, my parents always use Pearson as well, and we always recommend them. Thanks Pearson Auto!

P.S. After reading other reviews, I have to add that Cody has always been great to deal with as well. He's always forth coming and answers all my questions. When Ken isn't around, I always deal with him and have always had pleasant experiences.
