Newly updated with a large selection of new and used motorcycles. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had my motorcycle serviced there a bunch of times of the years and have been happy with the quality of service.

We recently purchased a 2017 Iron 883 from these guys, the buying experience was perfect. Although I'm a new rider not once did they make me feel out of place or that I didn't belong on 2 wheels. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied and I never felt pressured into purchasing what we didn't want. We will definitely shop here frequently for our HD needs.

Great place to buy a bike. Worked with Paul and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and pitched in all the little extras. Financing Department gave us many options 4 financing at very good rates. Parts department super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely consider getting a bike here if you're in the market. Decent sale prices on many items for all your gear and you can also collect Harley points which earns you free shite. All of the staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome even if you're not familiar with Harley or are a first-time Rider.

Over the years I have owned several brands of motorcycles, and dealt with all kinds of service departments.
Harley Davidson of Salt Lake provides the best service and follow-up I have ever experienced. They are genuinely concerned about making service and ownership a fantastic experience. I haven't owned a Harley in decades, and was concerned about this purchase because of my lack of experience with the brand. So far I am really impressed.

Friendly front counter lady, but store person so seemed to take that non vulture pressure sales style a little too lightly. But other than that open area and some selection. Offers riders safety course for 300 bucks and for us military and Leo or first responders, they offer it discounted for only 99$ so check them out.

It was my first visit here. Staff was great. Selection of apparel was decent. I'm not one to haggle over prices. I don't really care. Looked like a decent selection of bikes and came away with some cool ideas for my bike. I'm a first time Harley rider so I'm still learning about them. But overall I think the place is great.

RUDE, CRUDE AND SOCIALLY SUCKED. I recommend you don't yell at your customers and greet them with something other then silence or screaming.. Czr would roll over in his grave at your supposed customer service. I won't be back.. Even used your shirt 2 clean my bike

Went into the Indian building on 3/27/2017, they had a 2014 Chieftain for sale, I was told that I would get a quick release sissy bar, a passenger seat, and a drivers seat mount, that made me change my mind to buy, I was also promised the service records, signed all of the papers with the Harley people. Fast forward to Wednesday, they dropped the bike off, no service records or parts, once again I was told I would get them. The next Saturday I drive there still nothing. Tuesday 4/11/2017 I finally call the guy who I signed the papers with he said he would talk to the sales manager who calls me the next day telling me they can't get the parts but they will compensate me for all but the most expensive one the sissy bar but he will try. Today 4/14/2017 after no response back I go in and was told nope they won't do it and either take their offer or too bad so sad. So yup I was lied to from the beginning as they couldn't even order the parts the day I bought the bike, had I had known this there wouldn't have been a bike sold that day to me. Bottom line get everything in writing before you sign anything. I'll never go to this dealership or any of their other stores again. Lost a customer for life!
