Last year I started bringing a vehicle to Greenwood for service and it's always been great work. I recently took my truck to Big O Tires in AF for wheel balance and tire rotation. I had them do an inspection as I was about to leave on a long road trip. They gave me a report that I would not only need new brakes but my coolant was in need of flushing. Mind you, this is a 2013 Ford Raptor with just under 40k miles. This wasn't a verbal report, this is their inspection card filled out with their findings. My brakes felt fine to me but I went ahead and looked into it.

I called the Ford Dealer for a quote, Greenwood was half the price including parts and labor. I just went and picked my truck up from Greenwood and they told me there was no service needed. My truck still had 80% left on the brake pads and the coolant tested just fine. Reported that it was 100k coolant and should have nothing to worry about. I paid for 1/8 hour of service and was on my way. Any other mechanic would have done the brake job or wouldn't have even bothered and charged me for it as well as the coolant. I will never even call another mechanic or dealer for a quote. Greenwood has another life long customer.

We have taken our cars to Greenwood for over two years now. We have received honest and fair quotes, our vehicles have been completed within a reasonable time and the repair is always point on. I love this mechanic shop. We've been going here for a few years and I completely trust them. Other places, when they have to deliver bad news, don't really care and you can hear it in their voice. Greenwood cares and even apologizes though it's not their fault. They seem to understand we all have budgets and money doesn't grow on trees. They do a great job fixing my car and are very personable. They try to get it done as fast as possible but are very popular and busy for good reason. To me, the wait is worth it for the good prices and honest, kind workers.

I first went to Les Schwab. They told me my caliper was completely broken and one rotor was shot but we should replace them both to keep them the "same age." I didn't trust them and took my car here for a second opinion. They told me my caliper is fine and my rotors can be fixed with a tool and they don't need to be replaced. My car is great and they saved me over $400 by being straight forward. They have earned my business!

I heard about this place from a regular who gets their work done at this shop. Jason took care of my car and fixed everything up perfectly. He called me right when it was finished and even checked my brakes because I mentioned I was concerned with them. I can say they exceeded my expectations.

I love this place. After I got my first car I learned that any time I needed to take it to the shop (not greenwoods) that I was looking at a 400- 500 dollar repair. It didn't seem to matter what it was that was getting fixed, it just always seemed to be 400.00 to fix it. Then I found this place. AMAZING. I was so impressed with their service and their honesty. Went somewhere else just last week to take advantage of their free fire rotating service. They told me I needed new this and that and the total wold he over 900.00 to fix it. I then took the car to Tom at Greenwood and showed him the list of things they said needed to be fixed. The next day I had my car back, fixed and the bill was not even half of what the other place was saying.

I experienced helpful, friendly service at a good price. He clearly explained the issue with my car and asked if i wanted it fixed. While i did have to drop it off, i was in and out in less than a day and was happy with the fix and price.

Greenwood: $121, Other reputable mechanic: $2,100. My car wouldn't pass emissions which a mechanic with a good reputation said would require the replacement of at least one of my three catalytic converters. I paid $700 to replace the first but my car still didn't pass. I was saving $1400 for the next two but took it to Greenwood who discovered the problem was a tiny leak in an exhaust pipe. Total cost: $121. I wish I had gone to Greenwood first. They've earned their reputation.
