Service department is excellent. They are very thorough when checking out my car. The sales staff is cool too. When I’m in waiting they always say hello. For an easy car buying and service experience Larry Miller Toyota is a great way to go. I have bought and serviced many cars over the years and This is the best dealership I have been to.

Every time I go in for service, I get amazing customer service. They are fast and efficient and never push things that can wait a bit. I dropped my car off at 9 am for brake replacement and it was done by 2! The service center is amazing!

I have been taking my Tacoma's here for years and it had always been a great experience. Scheduling an appointment really helps to speed up the service process (they call me to schedule based on my last service). Free popcorn, soda, coffee and hot chocolate help to pass the time and the kids play area allows me some freedom if I am unable to leave them with mom. I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota service center for your car maintenance needs!

Larry H Miller Toyota is second to none! I had been shopping for a sienna for about a month through Karl Malone Toyota which was my first mistake. The first two times the sales associate talked so much that we did not have enough time to test drive anything. Poor sales personnel and follow up from Karl Malone Toyota drove me to explore other dealerships. This is when I stumbled upon Alan Weaks and the entire Larry H Miller staff. From beginning to end it was a great experience. We were able to test drive a 2012 sienna, Alan was able to work a little magic and we were driving it home that night! I will always come back to Larry H Miller Toyota that is for sure!

The service rep, Marion, was very professional, detailed, willing to answer all questions, and had a great sense of humor! It was obvious he loved his job!

However the tech who worked on my car claimed I needed a bunch of services that I had just spent over $1,000 to have done at the same place in June, four months prior. When Marion pointed this out to him, he said it was an oversight. But as a customer who relies on an honest dealership, it made me question if they were just looking for a fast dollar, hoping I would not remember it had just been done!

I was sold a 3 oil change offer and was told that it would cover 3 synthetic oil changes. However, synthetic oil will last 10,000 miles between changes. What they don’t tell you is that the offer only works for 1 year or 15,000 miles total. So if you want to use your oil to the fullest then you get 1.5 synthetic oil changes instead of 3. I called to schedule my final oil change and was told abruptly that they would no longer honor the offer that I was sold.. claiming that some other company sold me this deal so they are not responsible. I let the person on the phone know that I was sold the deal in the Larry H Miller garage by an employee there. She simply said sorry.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Buying a car can be a lot of pressure, both from your expectations and over-motivated salespeople. You are looking for the best deal for your budget, and they are eyeing the profit margin. My experience at Larry H. Miller Toyota was positive. It did take us some time to come to a reasonable price for our car, but honestly, that's the nature of the beast. I was treated courteously throughout the whole process; I never felt pressured into the 'You need to buy this car' trope. After we had agreed on a price, I was out the door within ninety minutes. I would be happy going back to Larry H. Miller for my future auto purchases.

My husband and I recently bought our first car together. We wanted to make sure we were getting the very best deal, so we spent hours negotiating price over the phone with 5 different Toyota dealerships. We ultimately came to Larry H. Miller because Lance Rolfe gave us beat out other offer. He was easy to work with and didn't feel taken advantage of. Glad to have found a dealer who wasn't sleazy.

I would recommend Shawn to anybody who is looking to upgrade vehicles. I finally had an experience with a real person while shopping for a car instead of talking to a salesman. She cared about getting me into a truck that I loved instead of just getting another car off the lot. She made sure all my questions we answered,no matter how dumb the question might have been.
