Such a wonderful hotel hardly needs more perfect reviews, but I'm so inclined to, because it really was an outstanding experience for us, through and through. From the people at the front desk who were warm, courteous and friendly, to the rest of the staff who were always thoughtful and caring and very attentive. I'd like to especially thank Curtis, a security officer, who helped us retrieve something of sentimental value we'd left in the room. Thanks to everyone in the Park Hyatt Chicago - we'll be back!

Lovely, helpful staff. Wonderful amenities and thoughtfully designed rooms. Loved all the attention to detail including the guest name greeting on the TV and tablet screens,the pass through closet from hall to bathroom, tub overlooking main area TV option, TV and phone in bathroom, dual showerheads, comfortable Eames lounge chair, motorized blackout and sheer blinds, and light and music controls within reach of the bed.

Meals in NoMi were also such treats with the refined and clean modern atmosphere, light-filled views of the lake, and friendly staff. The exercise room, heated jacuzzi, and 3 lane lap pool were acceptable and from what we saw, mostly unused.

The location is in a popular and safe area, filled with many food and shopping options, just a 10 min ride or 20 min walk to downtown or tourist locations. Our only issue during the stay was with a broken elevator that created a bit of a wait for that day.

We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with the family for 2 days here and it is a great base to see chicago. The staff were extremely friendly and my nieces loved the fact they had a rescue dog. The bar is great and the rooms are well appointed.

We have really enjoyed our stay here! Everything about our room is top notch- comfort of the beds, huge tub, blackout shades, plenty of space, large tv, and perfect lighting. The staff is so friendly! Every single person we have come across. We can't hear any outside noises, in the halls or the streets. Perfect walking distance from EVERYTHING!

Room featured stylish high-end furnishings. The bathroom tub was fantastic. The steam room in the spa was perfection. The water tower view from the room was incredibly pleasing. The morning breakfast setup and served in the room was exquisite and high-end. The food was exceptionally prepared and presented every day. Highly recommended luxury experience.

This is my second time at this property. We stay here because it's a great location. There is plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff is friendly and service is excellent. They are extremely accommodating to requests (they rush polished a pair of shoes for me today). The room is large and feels spacious. The decor is a bit dated with the granite and marble appointments, but everything is clean. My room doesn't really have much of a view, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic.

We went to Nomi for a private work event. The private room was nice and the food was delicious. A lot of interesting flavors. Only issue was that my salmon was under cooked for my taste, but still edible. The plating presentation was really nice. We were well taken care of!

Usually when I stay here I go straight to my room to sleep and on occasion work in the lobby. Yesterday I had a chance to use some of the amenities and it was wonderful. This hotel is one of my favorites and with my event career, I have been to many! The staff is absolutely incredible!

I spent the day at the Park Hyatt for a professional conference. The meeting space was cold, but adequate. The audio visuals were great. The provided lunch was delicious. After the conference ended, I decided to have a drink upstairs at the bar inside NoMi. The drink was decent, but I was taken aback by the bartender explaining to tourists how terrible our city is now, but that they wouldn't have to worry if they stayed around the hotel. I just did not expect a hotel employee, a de facto ambassador for the hotel and the city, to behave in such a manner.

A perfect stay during your trip to Chicago. The hotel is very nicely designed and comfortable. All the hotel staff were beyond helpful and kind, making sure all of our needs were met. Very quiet, too, which was surprising for the busy weekend. The concierge was very knowledgeable in regards to transportation and restaurant recommendations.
