Very clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The fitness center was well equipped compared to your average hotel. The coffee bar in the lobby serves Intelligentsia, which was an added bonus. We were also able to check in 3 hours early, which was very helpful.
Room was very modern and nice for the price. Next to Gino's East so we stopped for awesome pizza. Walked the magnificent mile to shop and dine. Very clean, modern, and comfortable!
Great service, they are perfectly situated in downtown Chicago. I pretty much walked to most of the sites. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean. There are places to find breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. All walking distance. My only complaint was that the heating made a little noise but that would be based on preference but I would definitely go back.
Stayed here 2 nights. I was very happy to be given a room really early on the day of my check-in. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and well lit. The bathroom was kind of small but very functional. Perhaps the best parts of this hotel are its location and the terrific people who work for it! I'm definitely hoping to be back here if I'm in the area. Thanks so much for an awesome stay.
My wife and I stayed here for a conference she was attending. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but curiously designed, as we had to step up a couple stairs to go from the sleeping area to the closet and bathroom area. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good for hotel food, but the location, only a short walk from the stores and restaurants of Michigan Ave., was perfect.
The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful. One of the two elevators that served the hotel rooms (separate available for the meeting rooms which only went up to the 7th floor) was broken so the waits to go up and down the elevator we're long and the rides crowded. The rooms came with an ice bucket but I couldn't find anywhere to obtain ice. But the rooms were clean with space to move around and the beds comfortable. I think the thing that got to me during my stay was the fact that I found out from the bellboy that the elevator was busted. Would have preferred full disclosure and expected waits rather than appearance of the staff at the desk just hoping that we wouldn't nice
Nice boutique hotel In the middle of the Northwestern memorial hospital complex. Room was a good size (king bedroom suite), and service was good. The elevators, however, took much too long. Must plan and extra 5 to 10 minutes to your commute time just to compensate for the elevators. This should be addressed.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
I stayed here after attending a friend's wedding. I was very happy with my stay. The beds are super comfy! They are currently renovating rooms. We were in a room that wasn't renovated, but it was still very nice. Great water pressure, good toiletries, nice windows, and again super comfy bed! The rooftop is really nice too so I recommend checking it out!

The room we had was very nice and spacious. The bathroom, however was small, and the shower needed some updating, as the water pressure was pretty low.
The complaints were as follows:
1. The hotel never notified us that there was work/remodeling/construction being done on the hotel until we had actually checked in and made it to the room. Further, no staff ever made anything known to us.
There was only a piece of paper left on the desk in our room. On both Monday and Tuesday mornings, although the piece of paper left in our room informed us work would not begin until 9 am, we were awoken by construction noises above and/or around us as early as 7:30 am.
2. The hotel never informed us that their rooftop bar was closed and all under construction. This was also not mentioned to us by any staff. The only notifications were pieces of paper hanging in the hallway to the elevators.
First I had a lot of trouble checking in. The young lady was doing 100 of other things that made the checking process longer than it should have been. The room is extremely run down the furniture is seriously falling apart. Every time someone above or below you turns there water on all you hear is an obnoxious loud noise, which I'm guessing is the water pump. This causes my bathroom to rattle creating even more noise. The refrigerator in my room as well was causing a lot of noise but I just unplugged it. The only thing that was nice was that it was close to the location I needed to be at. I usually don't write reviews but my stay was so terrible and I thought by the look of the pictures and the price of each night my 4 day stay would just have been a more pleasant stay. I was very disappointed.
Clean well maintained room. Several available outlets for charging devices in the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice location for visiting Chicago. Would stay again.
Location is excellent. Steps away from the Mag Mile. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was the room that made me rate the place low. The room is small and cramped. I thought it was supposed to be 2 queen beds. It wasn't. Definitely a full bed. The A/C didn't work. We had to call someone twice to fix it. The room seems old and outdated. I'd rather stay at the Hilton Suites on Delaware. For the same price and location it was a better deal.
Pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and updated with a cheery, modern decor. The rooms had very large bathrooms with huge walk-in showers. The linens were soft and plush and the down pillows were a welcome surprise! Upon arrival, the front desk team was efficient, polite, and very friendly. They quickly assessed our level of familiarity with the downtown area, gave us directions to the local restaurants, and made sure we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The morning's breakfast was hot and fully stocked with an assortment that fit all our preferences. The coffee was freshly brewed, wonderfully bold and our servers was well-timed and friendly. The gentleman that valeted our vehicle was funny and quick, offering us directions and a traffic report before leaving. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. We had a much needed, relaxing stay. Thank you to your entire staff for a wonderful trip!
This is an excellent hotel. Great location in the middle of Magnificent Mile. Great Staff. Great Lobby. The rooms are all new and the hotel has been remodeled. We will stay there every time we visit. Very urban/chic style
