Front desk staff were wonderful, very helpful d available for questions at any time. The restaurant was delicious as well and rather affordable for a hotel restaurant! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, the buffet and made to order omelets were really great! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for one night to go to Disney Springs. We mentioned to the front desk that we're celebrating our anniversary. We went to out and when we got back, Bnana, Becca, Torey and Jerri had a signed card for us and chocolates left in the room. That was so unexpected, thoughtful and kind. True example of customer service, of going above and beyond! Thanks so much, we'll be back!

I was extremely impressed by this hotel. The service was amazing. I loved the cooked-to-order breakfast that was included. The $10 parking so worth it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food at the Kings restaurant was reasonably priced and quite tasty. I'd stay here again for SURE!

The rooms are very comfortable, all with a view of the surrounding area. While it is a little out of the way, the staff was great and the food was quite a bit better than you'll find at most hotels. The service during our conference was exceptional, a large snack bar was offered that included coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and tea. Their catered lunch was offered outside, was very high quality, and staffed.

Great location and very nice accommodations inside. The hotel also has a great breakfast and one of the few around that doesn't gorge you with resort fees and a ridiculous few for parking. Will definitely recommend to guests coming into Orlando looking for a reasonable place in a great location.

Hotel was great. Very nice and clean. Staff was incredibly nice. The complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour was a nice touch. Continental breakfast was filling and pretty good. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 10 days! Such a GREAT place. The customer service was completely amazing from beginning to end. I have never stayed at a hotel with such an amazing breakfast (and complimentary) . The chefs were very personable and made a great start to each morning. We didn't get an opportunity to take advantage of the evening reception but no worries we will definitely return in the future!!! For now we are concerned about the safety of all the lovely people we met at that hotel, be safe!!! This family is definitely keeping you all (and Florida) in our prayers!!!

Top of the line hotel. Firm beds, free hot breakfast with omelet station. Nice outdoor pool with hot tub.

While I was here, I had a sleepless night due to a medical condition. Chatted with the hotel manager about it at 3 AM. Just chit chat passing my sleepless time. Next morning, both the Hotel Manager AND chef checked with me during breakfast. Very polished customer service.

My stay here was beyond amazing. The inside of the hotel was very elegant and the room was beyond the size from what I expected definitely got what I was paying for. The breakfast was variety and hot so that was a plus. I like how the parking was organize and the service from every person that worked there was very friendly and customer friendly. This hotel has to be the most nicest I been to and will be coming back in the near future.

We love the Hilton brand and Embassy Suites never disappoints! Close to Disney parks, we load up on the amazing breakfast and hit the parks. In the afternoon we return for happy hour and a break from the hectic park crowds. Suites are always clean and staff is there to make your stay a great one.

Attended a conference at the hotel. Didn't really think much about it figuring it would just be the normal hotel experience. Was nicely surprised. The staff at this hotel from maids to management couldn't have been nicer and would go out of their way to do things for us. Didn't eat lunch at the hotel but the snack buffet was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Awesome hotel! Great staff, always accommodating. Very clean and spacious rooms. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I recommend the NY Strip, it's hand cut in the kitchen and prepared just how you like it.

The location isn't bad but it's not somewhere where you think "wow this is beautiful!" But it is in a great place because there is so much food nearby. The hotel itself is 10/5 stars. Great rooms, awesome staff, nice pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast. Also we had a company meeting in the hotel and the room for it was phenomenal. Would recommend.

I loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The location is convenient to a lot of things, there's **no resort fee**, and the parking is only $10/day.

The room was very clean and well-attended, obviously spacious. Having the two-room suite is a huge plus with a kid in tow. Breakfast and the social hour was great as always (social hour 7 days a week, not just Tuesday like some places).

Even as busy as the place was, there was never a wait for the desk or the breakfast or anything. Great place all around!
