Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Service was great and food was fantastic!
Stayed here a handful of times, consistently a great experience. Very convenient to a multitude of restaurants within walking distance.
Great hotel, excellent location away from Disney and the tourist madness. Hotel and staff are exceptional. Lots of Restaunts and a Publix within a 5 minute walk. Starbucks on premises and great hotel restaurant with very friendly staff. My favorite place to stay in Orlando.
Very nice banquet hall for the area. Food was ok, and the bar was decent. Enjoyed the fiber optic star sky effect.
Rooms are a bit dated, but very close to good restaurants. The air freshener they use in the lobby and bar area is a bit overwhelming. The carpet had a lot of spill stains on the floor that I was on.
Staff were very polite and professional. Breakfast not included. Room was clean and comfortable but there were plumbing issues. Wifi went out several times in my room.
Was her for good friend's wedding. Can't say much about the accomdations because of that. However it was a beautiful hotel and the staff that we interacted with was wonderful. The catering was excellent as well.
My wife and I stopped in for their Sunday buffet. Pleasantly surprised. Extraordinary food selection including your typical eggs, omelettes and various breakfast sides. They also have a great prime rib, coconut shrimp, boiled shrimp, fried catfish, jerk pork and other dishes. Unlimited mimosas and all for about $25 a piece.
Beautiful lobby and lounge areas. Nice rooms. No smoking in hotel anywhere. A definite plus.
Nice restaurant and bar with typical hotel prices.
Enjoyed my weekend getaway here. A business styled hotel, very cozy and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfy. Service is quick and informative. Parking is decent, fills up quickly but it is free. There is a pool, fitness center, and many local restaurant within walking distance.
Great room and very clean. Lots to do within walking distance. Friendly staff. Many convenient amenities on property including food drinks and laundry. Free Internet for Web browsing and email but a little pricey if you plan to stream media at $10 per day.
The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean and the bar area very roomy and inviting. Where I had the issue was the staff. I did the mobile check-in and I know that it doesn't guarantee a room. But it should not take over an hour beyond check-in time to find 1 room that's been cleaned. The way it was handled was not what I expect from Marriott. I had to stay on top of the front desk to see if they had a room available. I finally asked if maybe someone would be arriving at a later time and I could get that room, which is what we did. A guest should not have to come up with a solution. It also doesn't help that they place the blame on housekeeping for rooms not being available. I don't know if it was a bad day at the hotel or what but it was definitely not what I'm used to.
We were in Lake Mary for a conference at the Orlando Marriott recently, and were impressed by the grandeur of the building and grounds. We didn't actually stay the night here, but the staff was very friendly and professional, the hotel looked immaculate, and the breakfast service they provided before the conference was excellent. Things don't always run smoothly at conferences like these, so it says a lot that the staff was able to accommodate such a large group while maintaining such excellent customer service. The cafe/bar in the lobby was a great place to get work done between meetings and the barista knew her way around an espresso machine. Although we didn't stay here on this visit, we will consider it next time as the hotel was quite lovely.
