If I could give this place zero stars I would. My friend booked the penthouse over a month in advance of NYE to celebrate the New Year and her birthday. (We had a bunch of friends flying out from different parts of the country to come to NYC to celebrate.) She paid in full (over $2600 for one night) and called the hotel to confirm her reservation. Now, with 2 weeks before NYE, she received an email from Michael, the Director of Revenue, that due to unforeseen circumstances, he cancelled her reservationImmediately my friend tried to call Michael, but was unable to reach him until he decided to call her THREE days later after he sent the cancellation email. He made up some excuse that there were issues with the scaffolding that needed to be fixed right around the time of NYE. This is definitely BS. Furthermore, he did not offer to provide a comparable alternative room or comp us for the penthouse for a different night. The customer service for NoMo Soho is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. My friends and I are now scrambling to find a NYE alternative, and because NYE is less than 2 weeks away, we aren't able to find anything comparable to what we originally paid for a month ago. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel unless you want them to cancel your reservation and screw you over. THANKS NOMO SOHO FOR RUINING EVERYONE'S PLANS.

It's clean, but basic. No coffee facilities in the rooms and I swear that whoever designed the bathroom has never used one before. The shower only has on or off, no pressure control and sprays directly out the shower cubicle (thereby flooding the entire bathroom).

Also, watch your bill closely. They tried charging us for minibar usage, even though we had the minibar emptied when we checked in!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room is a decent size for NYC, nice quiet neighborhood central to everything in Soho. Definitely recommend!

Excellent kitchen for lunch and dinner. The entrance has beautiful botanical arch way that is pretty unique. The food is excellent. The hotel is trendy and modern too.

It looks good, it smells good but it's.just okay. The room is pretty bare bones in that it has none of the amenities you'd expect today. The TV is outdated and finding anything to watch is a long process of flipping channels. There's no way to turn your lights off from the bed. You have to get up and turn them off at different points in the room. The plugs near the bed are all facing the mattress so chances are if you move while you sleep, they will unplug. That's if the maid hasn't disconnected your charger so that your alarm doesn't go off in the morning because it didn't charge. The shower has a curtain, so good luck not flooding the bathroom. Also, what's with placing the toilet rolls behind the toilet. Lastly, he noise isolation is terrible, you will hear every door opening and closing in the hallway

Great location and nice bar. Ions are a little cheaply finished in reality. Bedding not so great. Service average. Unlikely I'd stay again.

We had drinks at the bar. They have a very nice outdoor area to sit in, but you cannot have alcohol outside. This is a good place to have A drink. But there are way better options a block or two away.

I love this hotel. The interior is modern and luxury.
It is located near Canal St. station.

You can drink free coffee in the morning on ground level.
The room was clean and the view of my room was also good.
And all of staffs and managers are soooo KIND!

If I come to NY again, I'll stay here.

Stayed at this hotel over a weekend. The title reads room with a view, but all I could see from our window was a brick wall. This is the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. The bathroom is extremely tiny as well. And I'm not a huge person, I'm of average build. If you're not careful while turning, you will hit the table or bed in the bedroom and the wall in the bathroom. They will stock up wine you may never use, but will not stock up body wash and shampoo and you have to call up and remind them to do so. It was too pricey for such a small room with poor service. And the restaurant downstairs is so limited in the number of food items they provide. I would not recommend this to anyone trying to have a pleasant stay at NY or trying to look at reasonably priced hotels.

The hotel was great! Super hip and modern! We booked through the app hotel tonight and got a sick deal. Then when we were checking in close to 3am Our concierge Isaiah, was super friendly and informative. He also upgraded our room to a higher floor with a king sized bed and more SQ ft. It was a great experience!

My stay at the Nomo Soho was quite Unforgettable. I do not mean this in a positive way. I booked a suite for the evening and when I arrived they offered to upgrade me for $250. They said it was the largest nicest room in the hotel so I agreed. When I arrived in the room I was surprised that the room wasn't a bit larger. But the View From the Terrace was so beautiful that I was willing to overlook this until I tried to actually open the door to the Terrace. The door did not work and the handle kept going in circles. I let the front desk know and they offered to put me in the suite next door which also had access to the Terrace. I went in this Suite only to find out that the door and that one did not work as well. I've been downgraded back to my original purchase. Then I proceeded to leave the hotel and have dinner at a restaurant that was actually very close. I rather enjoyed the food at this spot and ended up bringing the leftovers home only to find out that the hotel could not supply me with utensils. They claimed that the restaurant locks everything up and I couldn't have anything to eat with. The bed was not the best I've had but was decently comfortable. The location of this hotel is probably its best feature. I can say with confidence that I will probably never stay here again.

Its a beautiful place to stay ! In the walking distance of China town and Little Italy ! You can walk to many dinner that have moderate prices!
Checking -in staff was very helpful and friendly.
But there's basic things that you need that shouldn't be hard to get like (water) Especially such a high end hotel . Check you're room when you go in to make sure it has a mini bar All of them are suppose to have ours didn't :( Other than that are stay was beautiful!

Trendy hotel with nice rooms. Normal for New York, on the small size otherwise. Would definitely stay here again when in town for business and looks like a fun place to make home for a long weekend as well.

Entryway to the hotel is beautiful. Room was very nice, although the heater seemed to run quite a bit cooler than it claimed. Had to turn it up over 80 degrees to be comfortable. The suite I was in, was clearly not designed as a suite, but was instead two adjoining rooms that had one bed replaced with a couch. That said, my room was upgraded to a suite for reasons I don't know, so that was nice I suppose.

Nice location though, and the restaurant had good food. Would stay again if the price was competitive.
