Great staff. Convenient location for my needs. Value to price ratio gets 5 stars from me

Staff was very friendly. That at location were highlights.
Only complaint is how small the room was (king bed), which was expexted in NYC. But this was really small. Maybe take the desk and chair out so there’s more room for luggage.

The room seems to be recently renovated so looks quite modern and clean. Room is tiny with barely any space around the bed but given the not so high price vs. Very convenient location, this is a bearable trade off. I recommend Solita

I didn't mind staying here. It is small but I didn't mind. It is not a Marriott or Hilton so don't expect any luxuries. If you looking for a simple place just for sleeping it is fine. The area it is in s not bad too

Wonderful location if you want to be near Chinatown but without the smell.
The place is old, but cheap. You get what you pay for.

Set right in the heart of Little Italy, the Solita was a very convenient place to stay however, the service was basically non existent and the rooms were as small as closets.

It was in a great location between Soho and Chinatown. The rooms were small but nice. Some of the bathroom fixtures were falling off but overall everything looked really well renovated. The front desk clerk was very helpful and had great food suggestions

Excellent Small Hotel that is Excellent on Character
Staff is Great! Close to Subway, Great Café/Restaurant across the street. Right next to Chinatown or Little Italy depends which way you prefer visiting first? Great Shower and bathroom for a small hotel!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is convenient, close to SOHO, Chinatown, Little Italy, Nolita. The first stay was two nights and went without a hitch, nice room in the rear of the building. This time around, they were kind enough to get us a room again in the back. The hot water went out and we did not get a call to advise, so big surprise when the cold water HITS! The front desk did not apologize and told us, it was a surprise to them as well and "stuff happens". When checking out, we made a comment and the manager offered $100 off for our stay of 4 nights. I am still seeing an extra charge of $100 hope that clears up.

Rooms are decent and clean, but there are zero amenities. Fridge and microwave rental for $5 a day, $2 to store bags etc. Not very insulated so you can hear everything But it's a decent budget-ish hotel in NYC.

Decent accomdities. Don't believe my friend's room had a regireator which would prove problematic to me personally.

It's in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and cafes. The rooms are only ok. They are small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is awesome. Rooms are small, but clean, but if you came to NYC to stay in your hotel roomyou're doing it wrong.
    Excellent value.

This is a small hotel, just 5 rooms on my floor. Everything was clean and comfortable, but the room felt pretty spartan. There was a bit of road noise in my room but I was able to sleep just fine. Loved the dual head shower!
