Room service was great. The rooms were kind of small and the place had limited amenities. Seemed like there was more bed than room. Beds were extremely comfortable and well kept.

The place wasn't horrible, had some stains on the floor and some issues with out keycard reader. The fact that there is only 1 elevator means you'll most likely be waiting for it for a while. Breakfast was good.

The room was booked as a double queen. Get there, was given 2 twin beds. Hotel had garbage in front orbit and scaffolding in front. Breakfast area wasn't big enough. Couldn't get breakfast either day of our stay. No place to hang clothes. Shower curtain was too short for shower so used all towels trying to keep the floor dry because floor was told. Didn't want to slip and fall. No conditioner only crappy shampoo. No ice bucket, was told we could have a bag if we wanted to put ice in. Light for the bathroom also put a light on in the room, so of someone had to use the rr in the middle of the night, we got woken up. All around negative experience. Won't be staying there again.

We were there for Comic Con at Javitz and it's right across the street which is awesome. The breakfast was great as was the room. The only issue I had was that the tub didn't drain that well. The best was that we got engaged there.

You get what you pay for. The deals on this hotel are very good online. But the rooms are dirty. Dirty carpet which looked like was not vacuumed for months. Literally hair of past occupants were stuck to the pillow and towels.
If you just want a place to crash for a few hrs after partying then take up this place otherwise please spend some more and head some where else.
They do have complimentary breakfast but it's good only to grab some toast and coffee. They had very Greasy sausages and stinky scrambled eggs.response / report this review -

Very disappointed. We expected a mediocre hotel, but they just don't seem to care about you. We reported that our TV did not work to the front desk on Sunday morning and it is now Tuesday night and still no working tv and no room to move into. Beware!! There is a 24 hour car repair shop directly across the street and the train runs right beside the hotel. If you get a room on the street side be forewarned that New Yorkers love to honk their horns so don't expect a good night sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were pretty small and the cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was simple but with a good variety of choices.

A little outdated The age of this place is starting to show and could come across as "unclean" to guests. There was some minor staining on the white towels, discoloration of tubs/sinks/carpets. But upon inspecting, it was clear that it wasn't all cleanliness issues, just old and needing uplift. Room size of the queen was prefect for just myself, but might be considered cozy for two guests sharing the space. Front desk staff were thorough and friendly, so A+ for them. They offered to let me check in an hour early for a $50 fee. This is a pet peeve of mine that I won't go into here, but it's an option for those interested. As of my stay (May 2017) there was work being done to the face of the building, but this didn't affect my stay inside. Some road noise from my second floor room that didn't bother me sleeping, but might bother some,. Being second floor in New York, it wasn't beyond my expectations in that respect.

Worst place to stay under this new management. I stayed here because this is near to convention center but rooms are very noisy. The AC was making noises whole the night and hard to sleep. The breakfast time is 7-10 BUT even the bread had finished when we reached at 9:15. The guy started taking away the remaining things at 9:30. When I asked from him he said management knows it that we are out . Which shows it's a common occourence . Will never come back here again .

It's good place to stay as all major tourist places like Madsme Taussad , Time Square, Empire Estate Bldg, Big Bus Pick Up etc are in walkable distance. There are many eateries near by some of them with 24 hrs services. Hotel provides complementary breakfast, though breakfast I'd not that great but has all basic food like scrambled eggs, beacon, bread, waffle, juice, fruits, cereals with milk, butter jam, muffins, donuts etc.

The Hotel is old and dated. The first room I checked into the carpet and curtains were dirty. I ask if they had any additional rooms. The front desk (Edwin) was working hard to accommodate my concerns. The next room I was moved into, they hadn't finished painting the walls, there was a hole and they just covered it, the plumbing isn't the best. When I went to speak with the manager the next morning at first she was being very dismissive however changed her attitude. There are a few staff members who are willing to help and assist, Edwin and Brittany and the hotel offers breakfast so that is why I'm giving them only 2 stars. Other than that, I will not be coming back to this hotel. They need major improvements.

Not much to look at from the street because the lobby is below street level, but once you are inside, it's a nice lobby with plenty of spots to sit and even watch TV. Everyone that I encountered at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed in a king sized room. It was small - just slightly larger than the bed itself - but had everything I needed for a two night stay - wardrobe closet, desk & chair, plenty of lamps, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. It wasn't much to look at - but it was clean and comfy. My reason for staying here was an event at the Javits center. It literally took me 4 minutes to walk to the Javits, which was great. I will definitely stay here again when I have to return to the Javits.

Good hotel for what I paid for happy with the staff good walking distance from time square room small suitcase went under the bed ok lovely bed , never a problem with garage across ,the road lift was never a problem room was on 8th floor , and yes I would stay here again ,
