Very good location. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast station and adequate seating. Would stay there again. Price value with the location can't be beat.

Rooms are small, but nice. Our first room smelled really bad like weed, but they immediately switched rooms for us. The breakfast is ok, a little sad. Coffee was disgusting. I loved the location. Right off Times Square, but not loud at all. I'd definitely return if the price was right.

The hotel room was great and service was decent. They called the day before our trip to get a credit card number, but it was never recorded. I then called the day of to warn about our late arrival. When we got to the hotel they had given away our room! They found a room 20 minutes away that was nothing like we had wanted but almost as expensive. They had our room ready the next day but made no offer to make our horrible experience the night before any better. The location was great, the cleaning service was great the breakfast was a typical free breakfast, but to give away our room really left a bad taste in my mouth for this place.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from Times Square. The front steps do not have a ramp so we had to physically lift a baby stroller up and down. There is a chair lift in front for wheelchairs. The lobbyman helped with the stroller. The receptionist and doorman were very courteous. The hallways and elevator were also very tight but we managed to move the stroller through them so a wheelchair probably could too. The view from the backside overlooked a courtyard. The front faces W46th. The room was a good size, clean, and well-stocked with towels. It was still a little tight for the stroller. Free breakfast in the morning is always a good thing.

Very modern and clean! Breakfast is a contenintal style, but they have plenty of good options. The location is awesome for sure seeing. Highly recommend!

Great experience! We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms are pretty small but that is to be expected. Free breakfast, great service, clean rooms, what else do you need? Highly recommend.

Affordable rooms for the area, small but clean. Definitely worth it for location alone, but if you are looking for anything fancy or any additional amenities besides a comfortable bed and continental breakfast.

Friendly staff, but sometimes a little hard to understand. Staffed all hours, which is nice.

Nice and Cozy rooms, Fantastic Front Desk, Nice Breakfast and fantastic Location. Overall very good experience. Parking is available just opposite side of the street.. which is also cheap comparatively. Recommended.

Great experience here. Customer service was wonderful. We were upgraded to room with microwave and fridge without requesting to accomodate our infant. Breakfast included at no cost. Location was the best. Elliptical, treadmill etc available as well. 4 stars because was breakfast was okay and hotel is not accessible.
