This hotel offers a lot of space for a NYC hotel. Stayed in the two bedroom apartment. However, this is an older hotel and has not been updated in awhile. The decor is older as well. The kitchen is also older and may not be suitable for cooking meals. But as far as NYC hotels, it offers a great location.

Our Aussie family of five had the pleasure of an extended stay at this hotel (18 nights) and loved every moment of it. The location, the rooms, the complimentary breakfast and above all, the brilliant staff are what made our New York experience an unforgettable one. Everyone of the Manager's (Robert's) team really go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and special. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Mid Town Manhattan and will definitely be returning there again.

Just leaving know after having a great stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartment we had was bigger than I expected with good WiFi! The breakfast included saved money but the space in the dining room was a bit squashed which is the only downside I can say. Overall a good place to stay.

Great hotel, great location midtown, a few blocks from Times Square but that's good, it keeps the noise down. It has suites and they are really nice, everything is new. I'd live there if I could!

Great hotel. Huge room by NYC standards (in fact it would have been big anywhere). Nice complimentary breakfast and internet. Kitchen was fully equipped, to the point of finding salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, etc already there. Can't beat the value-price combination!

Little dated, but a nice location. One elevator can make you wait a little and the hallways are small, old, and hot in the summer. Staff was nice and I received a free upgrade, so I did enjoy my experience.

We booked this Best Western last minute for a 3 night stay. We were so glad that we did! We were pleasantly surprised up arrival with an upgrade to the Penthouse. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and had a full wrap around balcony. The breakfast, offered each morning, was a great way to start our day. I was a little concerned about the construction mentioned in other reviews but we had no issues with construction noise at all. The only time we heard it was when we opted to eat our breakfast on the outdoor patio of the breakfast area. Every employee that we encountered from check in, to maintenance, to bellhop was extremely friendly and helpful. They were genuine in their concern to meet all of our needs. Their service and attitude was some of the best we have experienced. They represent Best Western well. Hats off to this New York home away from home!

My family and I stayed at the hospitality house for July 4th. The penthouse was everything we expected it to be and more. Everything felt new and clean. It is also a great location for tourists as it is within walking distance of most of the major attractions. I would definitely come back again!

Great value for our family of 6. Our room was a two-bedroom suite with a pull-out sofa giving every member of our family a bed and all of us in one room instead of the usual 2. The large living area was comfortable for relaxing when we needed some-down time, and I appreciated the space to prepare and eat light meals. Great mid-town location. Fresh baked goods at breakfast were a plus.

Took a small school group (4) from WI to NYC. The Best Western was in a great location! While my initial impression of the hotel was cramped (tight hallway when entering) The 2 bedroom suite we had was spacious and clean. Breakfast was always awesome and the fact that it and the wifi was free was a definite plus! We had a little trouble getting there from the airport as the GPS took us a block away. I was really impressed with most of the staff and location!

Comfortable, spacious, and a good breakfast.
But more traffic and construction noise than we expected.
Handy location for the "6" metro line at 51st and Lexington.
Pizza shop on ground floor is tasty and convenient (a lifesaver for a packed sightseeing trip)response / report this review -

Booked this hotel unsure of how all six of us staying in one apartment wondering if we would all be able to fit in without it being it a bit tight but the apartments were amazing, huge big rooms, with plenty of space to relax and live in. The apartment was clean with the highest standard of customer service from the staff, nothing was ever to much of a hassle. Breakfast was excellent and again Anthony went above and beyond for what ever we asked for. Lots of choice for breakfast, as the breakfast area can get busy you have the choice of taking your breakfast upstairs. Will definitely be recommending this little beauty to friends and can't wait to come back.
