Modern amenities, friendly staff and easy location. Tip - there is a half an hour shuttle from and to Buffalo - Niagara airport. I had breakfast included - it was really good with freshly made omelette of your choice. There were sausages, bacon, fresh cut fruits, cereal, juice, coffee. Etc as well. Highly recommend!

Rooms are nice - clean and fairly modern. Staff is helpful. Close to highways and shopping. Cost is reasonable too. I had trouble getting a window to seal shut butt then all was well.

Wish the pool was open a bit later. Even with just adult only time. Staff was helpful and courteous. Great location to everything in the greater buffalo area.

Good hotel. Right beside Walden Galleria mall. Just a minute or 2 walk away. Plus their pool is very nice. Kids enjoy it and there's a deep end for adults or people that really want to swim

Really friendly stuff. Richard at front desk was always helpful and super polite. Clean rooms, and more important walls are thick enough to avoid any sound from other rooms. Hotel located next to shopping mall and other businesses. Great swimming pool. I would come back and stay here on my next trip to Buffalo, NY

The location is perfect as it is right in front of the Walden Galleria Mall which has a nice variety of things to do at night. The room was clean and furnished decent. Bed was very comfortable and had halogen task lights in the headboard perfect for reading. The shower area needs to be updated. However, make sure and put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on your door unless you want an 8:00am wake-up call from Housekeeping!

I gave this hotel a Five Star simply because of the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel important and at home. We stayed a total of 4 nights. The shuttle service was excellent-even took me for a minitour of my childhood haunts!! Also the restaurant and bar had fantastic Buffalo food. If you have a choice please stay here you will not be disappointed.

Great remodel job on the hotel. Nice swimming pool area. They were happy to shuttle us for free to and from any restaurant we wanted to go to and scheduled our ride to the airport the next morning also free. Very clean and we'll staffed. The breakfast buffet had many selections including made to order omelettes and waffles. Would highly recommend!

Very interesting hotel. Reasonable rates. Older hotel that has been refurbished. The furnishings were very nice. The layout was convenient, but noisy, with rooms located all around a central pool and event area. Kids loved the large indoor/outdoor pool. The roof was partially open above the pool. The downside is that the rooms hear a lot of noise from the pool until 10 and also from whatever event is going on. While we were there, there was a DJ playing different trivia games with a crowd and it was extremely loud until about 9:00pm.

We had a two queen bed room for a great price. The staff there was very nice despite us arriving past midnight. They had a bar and free breakfast in the morning

I'm very pleased with the new renovations. Always nice staff willing to help. The Millennium is nearby the mall with plenty of options for shopping and dining. The restaurant attached is nice (I recommend the wings) and we'll priced.

Stayed there for a weekend hockey tournament. The location is great as it's close to lots of food and shopping. The Walden Galleria mall is right next door and the airport is nearby. For you fellow Canadians, there's a Tim Horton's just around the corner.
The room was not huge but was clean and comfortable. Based on the pics I'd seen online, it appeared as though some "Modernization" had been done over the last little while. We were missing the shower curtain for some reason but the staff took care of it immediately. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The pool area was fantastic and was nicely set up. The water was a little hazy but pretty good considering all the kids that were swimming in it.
All in all, it was a great weekend and I definitely recommend staying there.

The service there was incredible. They showed us exactly where to go. The hotel was very fancy and they had comfortable furniture. They also provided us with food and drinks. It was an overall wonderful experience.

My daughter and I stayed at Adams Mark for a concert on 2/10/17. check in was a little long, apparently everyone arrived between 6-7pm. However, the manager Gary even stepped up behind the check in counter and started to check people in to help the line go faster. He was wonderful. We even got a phone call within minutes of being in our room, to ask everything met our expectations. I have stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas, and the Hyatt in Times Square and have never received a courtesy call to check in on us. Great Service. Definitely will return to this hotel again. Breakfast was great as well, with the omelette station.
