  We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Warehouse. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to help us quickly and easily and we love our new mattress. We did have an issue with a rude delivery man. 2 men showed up to deliver the mattress and remove the old one. I was unaware they do not remove the frame and headboard. So he asked me what I was going to do with it and expected me to disassemble and move my headboard and footboard. I was told they would remove my old bed and when I explained that to him, he just told me he rudely told me he doesn't do that. I asked him if he could take it apart for me and I could move it. He ended up moving it to my kitchen but wouldn't move it any further. He was loud, threw stuff around, was not very careful at all and just seemed to have an attitude. I would recommend Mattress Warehouse but NOT the delivery service.

  The store experience was good, but when it came to the delivery part very bad. The first time the delivery people ripped our mattress trying to bring it in and on the second Saturday, there was a rip in it before they got it into the house. Don't have much experience in the employees delivery the merchandise. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Waiting now three Saturdays just to get my mattress in, which the salesman told me there would be no problem. I felt like they were just selling me something and who cares when we will receive and be happy with what we purchases. Had to cancel all my Saturdays plans, very upset.

  I have had nothing short of a great experience purchasing from Mattress Warehouse. Brandon is the man. He has vast knowledge on the products he sells and will recommend the best mattress to meet your needs and work in your budget.

  Ignore their specials. Just go talk to one of their sales representatives and they'll put together a discount package for you that's just as good. Brandon was great, very helpful, knowledgeable about all the brands and models.

  Mattress Warehouse staff are awesome guys. Thanks I went to most of the mattress stores in the area, and found that a lot of them were salesman that wanted to sell you a more expensive mattress. The guys at Mattress Warehouse are very genuine and they are looking for your best interests. Double-sided are the way to go, not these “no-flip” mattresses. I have read dozen of reviews with no-flip mattress, and all complain of sagging, sinkholes within a couple years. They gave me a great deal on my mattress, and they delivered it within an hour, they also took away my mattress. A+++++. I will continue to buy mattress with them for my son, and later when we need a new mattress. Hands down Mattress Warehouse has the best place to buy BeautyRest mattresses. I like dealing with people like him. I'll call him tomorrow and see if I can get another great deal on a king sized mattress. :)
