  Nice staff. Room was a bit dirty and towels had stains. But over all quite place.

  Horrible service with roaches in there rooms. I came to this hotel after the other holiday Inn saying they had rooms which was a huge lie, waste my money on Uber to get there and I was visiting from out of town so I had no car no place to stay and I was alone.. not cool at all, I was stranded out there where I had no clue what was what out there. Not safe for a young lady to be alone at night especially. And it's in a Crack head area too. They didn't want to accommodate me for the roaches that welcomed me to the room. I was traveling for my company. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a corporate hotel. Never again.

  Our family travels a lot but this hotels definitely five stars. The facility is clean the rooms are clean and up-to-date in the breakfast was good I highly recommend. Michelle at the front desk was very professional and nice thank you so much for being different than the other hotels that don't seem to care about their gas and their comfort

  Where do I start? At check-in, manager on duty refused to give me a one page photocopy of the sign-in contract which I needed for reimbursement and employer. I travel 30 - 45 nights a year - I never had a check-in staff personal refuse to give me a one page document I signed. She said in 9 years she worked there - I was first person to ever ask for a copy. Tha's nonsense and poor customer relations. Then, my reservations which were made over a month earlier were for a king bed. She told me none were available and the only room available was a double bed.
  
  Now to the facility and rooms - loose toilet seat, surround in tub is damaged and looks bad, no ceiling in the closet - exposed pipes and looked nasty, carpet was sticky in several spots, TV was Direct TV with a convoluted channel setup - took a long time to just find local news affiliate for ABC and NBC, air conditioner was very loud - hard to sleep, coin operated cloths dryer on first floor had out of order sign for several days, tight parking - had to wait for someone to leave to park the first night, and mattress was terrible - big valley in middle (obviously needs replaced), and more - but final word is I'll never stay here again on a trip to WPB - I have stayed at other hotels in WPB in same price range that had no issues. Look elsewhere. This hotel is the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed at - certainly not typical of IHG - this hotel lacks proper management and upkeep - IHG needs to intervene.

  I came here after canceling from another hotel that just wasnt up to par. I am so glad I did as this is definetely a great place to retreat. The room was nice with a nice sized bathroom. Some hotels have very small/cramped bathroom space, but not so with this hotel. Nice experience and comfortable enjoyment. Me and my loved ones were very pleased.

  Mostly clean, dirty duvet. Loose toilet seat,only warm water from the tap. Otherwise clean and staff was very pleasant to interact with.

  OK but housekeeping did not leave coffee service two nites in s roe. We had booked a suite thru Rewards program bur front desk checked us to a standard room.

  We spent 2 nights at this location. The staff was very courteous. Hotel was very clean. Our room was perfect.
  All of the equipment in the workout room actually worked and the room temperature was pleasant to work out in. The pool was small and not alot of.seating around the pool. The only negative thing was that all of the hallways were very hot. It felt like there was no airconditioning in the halls. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Pretty close to city centre which is a lot of fun.

  This site offers Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pool. With the airport 10 minutes away, this location provided​ a great stay for in town work. The complimentary breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
