This is my third day here and it's been great so far! All of the workers are very friendly & helpful, and there are tons of activities. Great for older couple's, but I'm 25 (with 4 cousins of the same age) and have made some friends playing volleyball and on the beach 👌

Website shows a room with the ocean right out of the sliding patio door. ( ocean side , ocean views)
In reality, it overlooks a parking lot and a pool.
If you LEAN OVER the balcony, you CAN SEE the ocean.
When I called the front desk asking if there was a mistake, they said no! You can see the ocean can’t you ? When I said that I was going to post this review, they didn’t care . When I asked if I could just cancel, they said, no problem!
So I said, you’re not going to get me the advertised room ? He said “ not unless you want to upgrade”.
So, yeah. Dishonest , and poor service.
I wasn’t asking for extra, just what I was sold.response / report this review -

The rooms are very spacious and nice and have full size coffee makers which is awesome. Note that if people in the pool are loud you can hear them in your room (our room was no where near the pool).Also, there are a few restaurants near the hotel (better for drinks than food) which is nice, since there is no room service and only one of the buildings has a vending machine. Also, when we checked in the front desk mixed up our credit card numbers and it took a full thirty minutes of explaining it to them, in person, for the problem to be fixed.

Very nice resort. Many pools, outdoor games, and outdoor restaurant and bar. The gym is clean and well-kept. Private access to a private section of the beach. This resort is nearly the last spot on the southern tip, so no other resort or public beach on the southern end. Not far from a Publix and restaurants.

Most excellent meal at the 3800 Restaurant. Service varied as the hostess was superb but the waiter was very average and not knowledgeable. Keep in mind that an 18% gratuity is included. We would go back just because of the food. Other observation was 3 tables with crying chidren. For a restaurant in this price point, one might expect a more appropriate atmosphere. ( we are grandparents to 6 and enjoy dining out with the children in restaurants more kid-appropriate).

This resort is absolutely wonderful! Sadly my family's vacation was cut short by Hurricane Irma. So we had to leave begrudgingly. But the time that we had there was absolutely perfect. The pools are saltwater and well taken care of. The staff is kind and friendly. The rooms are elegant and comfortable Beyond Compare. Big fluffy comfy pillows and down comforters await you in the extremely cozy beds. My parents own a timeshare here, but this was the first time I had gone. There is access to the beach directly behind the resort. Activities for kids and adults alike. From Craft classes to line dancing there's plenty to keep you busy. And if you just want to relax there are many reclining chaise lounges by the pool. I will definitely be asking my parents to tag along the next time they return here!

awesome place good prices.. great beach rooms almost earned it a 4 star due to a lazy or unobservant cleaning staff. Friendly attendants and wait staff good portion of moderately priced food at on the rocks.. Family friendly mini golf, splashpad, lots of hot tubs and different pools. Drinks are a little pricey and happier offers are questionable.

Nice facility,well maintained. Views are limited. Mostly facing parking lots. Pool areas are okay but not as nice as some more modern places. The beach is right there but erosion can make it difficult getting to and from the water. A better bet is to go just up the road to John D MacArthur State Park and for five dollars a day you get a beautiful beach pretty much all to yourself. Another option is Juno just past that. Not much to do in the surrounding area but a short drive will take you to West Palm or Jupiter which are both quite nice. All in all if you're a pool person or like to walk on the beach it's a great place to stay.

My wife, son (he's 10) and I stayed there the week of 7/17 - 7/21 2017. Superb resort that is very clean with a friendly staff. We stayed in a one room villa that was recently renovated. It ranked up there with one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Tons of activities for the kids/family and a big hats off to Barbie (the concierge) for making our stay even better. Would highly recommend this place!

Clean, well maintained, and lots of activities make this a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Concierge steered me away from the Marriott hotel spa and pointed me to a great pedicure a little way away. Good food and drink service was delicious and staff enthusiastic and friendly. Adored the silicone wristband as room key!!! Don't like the gates not being tied to wristband design. Doors and walls in room transmit sound very easily so be aware sharing space and being private!!

The facilities are great, the fact that they are okay with you to bring your own food and beverages makes it a great family resort. My problem was my room for which I paid to be "Ocean Front". Please review the photos and make your own conclusion. The hotel front desk stated that "by law" this is an Ocean Front room because its in the direction of water. I don't have a problem with the "by law" definition, but with the fact that the hotel uses it with their customers. From a customer service standpoint, I will expect the hotel to legally suscribe it as ocean front, but to list it as an Ocean Side based on the settings of the room. I was very disappointed with the room and with the hotel front desk for not providing the expected customer service from a hotel of the Marriott's chain.

Beautiful location on Singer Island. The resort is incredibly family friendly and we had a smooth experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and responsive. Proximity to the beach was great, live entertainment, miniature golf, several pools on site as well as grills. The rooms are even better than pictured online. No complaints here! We plan to visit again very soon.

I needed a few days away from it all and boy was this a hidden gem. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly but not intrusive and the view was incredible. Only down side was late check in and early check out shave some time off the fun. If you come early you can use the facilities while waiting so be prepared. It was just marvelous and my get away of choice from now on. Nice grills on property and full kitchen allows you to choose how much you want to cook for yourself. Lovely grounds and lots of options for whatever activity level you prefer.

A beautiful day here at Ocean Pointe under a cloudless sky with perfect temperatures. The pool is inviting and very warm. We always love the hot tubs meandering around the palms! Due to cooling breezes, it was wonderful to be in the hot tubs today. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony this morning while watching the boats out in the bluest ocean water around. The friendly staff keep the grounds meticulously maintained. Our 2 bedroom unit will accommodate 6 people and the kitchen is well equipped. The second bedroom has a lock off unit with a sofa, balcony & even a kitchenette. You will LOVE Ocean Pointe!
