The Leopard Lounge has great food and wonderful atmosphere. The service is excellent, always available but not hovering. Great place to enjoy a little historic West Palm Beach. I really love the building exterior of the Chesterfield and the lounge is uniquely decorated. It's a little outside of downtown, so it's quieter. Parking is on the street, I recommend the valet if it's available.

I enjoyed my stay at The Chesterfield. My husband and I stayed for two nights for our honeymoon. The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The Chesterfield has a very cozy atomosphere. Even though it was a short stay we felt so at home. The staff is very kind and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Every day after the trip I was asking if we could go back! I hope to stay here again in the future.

Margee our server was amazing! She anticipated our every need and made us feel so very comfortable. Absolutely perfect day for tea, in spite of the reason and grey skies I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere but tucked up by the cost fire stopping tea and eating scones. Perfection!

Good location on the island. Near the upscale mall and beach. Our room was nice but very small. Room service is performed twice a day. Good service overall. Nice but small pool/hot tub area.

Beautiful old hotel with wonderful decorating. Each room is unique, our room is smaller, but very well done and big enough for the two of us. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for a romantic or unique getaway.

Incredibly surprised that such a gem exists.. I'd never experienced such upscale temporary living quarters. Worth every penny and would love to stay again if circumstance provides

When I checked in to the chesterfield they couldn't give me any accommodations for my 1 year old son. The room was tiny and they would not give me a crib or cot. They were rude to me and were not welcoming at all. When I inquired about the price of a larger room, the manager said that the price was too of an increase with a tone and body language like I couldn't afford it. She acted like the hotel was too good for my money and family. The hotel would not allow me to cancel the reservation before checking in. I booked a "four star" hotel and they could not even accommodate me with proper sleeping arrangements for two adults and an infant. What kind of a four star hotel can’t accommodate two adults and a child? I had a window in my room facing a street parking lot! I am truly disgusted with this hotel. The manager also told me at check in that breakfast was complimentary which I found out the next morning wasn’t true. Through out my short stay at this so called four star hotel, I was apologizing to my wife for have taken her to such an awful place with a judgmental staff and tiny room. All we wanted to do was go back home from the moment we checked in.

Went there for tea but was too expensive for my blood. But, everything was really beautiful in there and the whole place smelt of fresh roses which were everywhere. They also had cookies and candies all over the place. Everyone was very nice and the decor was interesting, kinda like from another time. Even though we didn't have tea, it struck me as a really nice place to eat and stay.

The breakfast buffet is great for $18. They have a huge assortment of breakfast pastry, homemade breads ,hot and cold cereal, assorted teas and juices . And he coffee is the best on the island.
Their fluffy pancake blueberry it banana nut is to die for . French toast and eggs Benedict are mmmm good.
The servers are knowledgeable and will accommodate your request. And the chefs are very professional and friendly.

We had high tea in the leapord lounge, it was a great experience. Food was fantastic, service was outstanding. Great way to spend a rainy afternoon with friends.

Wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay there again. The rooms are really outdated. The bathroom has this weird blue light and the door opens up to cover the tv. Our room door was broken so it locked us in twice and it was very difficult to unlock to get in. We had a huge stain on our blanket both days we stayed. The pool was nice and the food was amazing but not worth the price. Great location if you're looking for romance, shopping and tourist attractions but the actual hotel isn't what I expected for the price.

Traditional hotel offering personalised service rare in our Modern Age. Leopard bar is a must-see as if it's a throwback to the 1970s.

The place is charming and luxurious. I did not get a chance to take full advantage as I was visiting friends a good distance away. As I interacted with the staff and spent my down time in the hotel, I was totally impressed. Valet parking was included at no extra charge, a real benefit it this day
