We stayed at this Red Roof Inn for three weeks. It was very clean, staff was incredibly nice and very accommodating! Security presence was very professional, thorough and friendly. Never had a worry or a problem with anything! The beds were extremely comfortable, common areas were well maintained. Anything we needed was there (hairdryer attached to the wall) fridge, microwave and safe in the room. Area had a lot in it! Cracker Barrel next door, has station across the street as well as easy access to the highway! Would absolutely stay there again! The staff was so incredibly nice, helpful and friendly!

Very active part of town. Other than that it's nothing special. First floor rooms are outside for the elderly and disabled. Seen quite a few dogs so I guess pet friendly. I was in a pinch and was left with this place. Best advice, book something better in advanced.

Clean, modern, no frillsand reasonable. Blowdryer was provided to me with a quick call to front desk, in room safe is a nominal free. Nice pool. Plenty of parking, and right off the highway. Bonus: right next to Cracker Barrel!

This place has BED BUGS u don't want to get a room here. Yes the prices are cheap but you will be paying for the people to get rid of bed bugs from your home. Behind the bed was used needles. Like what do u have housekeeping for if they don't do there job. Get the bed bug specialist to this location ASAP cause that is disgusting. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

I went to this hotel while staying in florida. Some things in there are good, like the tv and pool and beds. There is one thing I was surprise about. There was cockroaches everywhere. When we left the hotel, the roaches got in the bags and since we put the bags in the car it got in the car and my brand new suite. It took a week to remove from my car. And the worst part is that my car was an Audi.

Great location and good price. Room was very nice and up to date. The bathroom felt a little small but was manageable. No breakfast at this one which is a little disappointing because I've had cheaper hotels that did. Over all nice rooms.

Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed when I walked in to my non-smoking room was a cigarette burn on the covers. Luckily they did the right thing and refunded a portion of the stay. Kudos to them. Well done Red-Roof. I would give them another shot and stay again simply because they obviously tried to make it right. Thank you Red-Roof.

    There was a bed!

The room smelled of mold. The A/C sounded like a small plane getting ready for take off. Had we not been exhausted we would have checked out and gone to another exit. There are many motels/hotels at this exit, but due to the surrounding businesses and housing I would strongly urge any travelers to skip this exit. It really was gross, we could not even bring ourselves to use the shower.

The next night we stayed at the DoubleTree located in Palm Beach Gardens, and what a treat it was..for only $30 more per night.

Definitely a different kind of attitude from the staff but overall fine experience. Paid a lot of money for lesser room then my neighbor who had the desk and a whole sitting area. I didn't even have a fridge or microwave.

I had to stay here for 3 weeks when I moved halfway across the country and needed a place to stay u til I could find a nice place and sign a lease. I chose to stay here the entire time too, rather than switching to an extended stay hotel or another place. The staff got to know me and went out of there way to accommodate me. Any time I needed something there was zero wait, they immediately solved it for me. There was fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7 and a VERY nice swimming pool.

I wouldn't recommend this place though ONLY IF you insisted on having breakfast served. No hot food is provided. And personally I liked the set up of the regular rooms over the deluxe rooms. But the deluxe rooms have microwaves and refrigerators while the standards do not. Very safe and private location on a cul-de-sac, so no one loiters. Also there are security guards around from dusk until dawn that remain outside their entire shift!

All said, when my family comes down to visit this is the exact hotel I will be arranging for them to stay in!!!!

The rooms have laminate floors with industrial carpet in the section under the beds. We noticed the floors did not look swept or vacuumed. I pulled down the top sheet and there were two hairs in the bed, telling me the sheets had not been changed. I requested a different room. The next room had a strong mildew smell, and a small roach crawled out from under one of the beds, while the staff showing us thee room stepped on the bug. As i turned on the AC unit, i noticed the filter was in dire need of a cleaning. We had no other options so we stayed the night anyway.
On the positive side, the beds were clean and the room was quiet. The front desk staff were excellent, but the hotel is a bit of a dump.
