  STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
  We stayed on 12/16/17 in room 501 and now we have bed bugs!!! Called the hotel GM, Joe D. to report it and he informed me the room has been "inspected" with no signs of bugs. What that means is that this hotel is independently owned and he doesn't want to file a claim on his insurance to compensate us. Meanwhile I have a doctor confirming we all have bed bug bites, and I personally have 10 bites in total with pictures to prove it. We had to pay for Orkin to come to our home to spray. Please don't stay here!! Joe agreed to refund us for our room but nothing towards the cost of paying to have the bed bugs taken care of. Horriblejust disgraceful.

  Room was nice. Breakfast was bland. Weight room was a joke. Also weird that the TV by the pool table doesn't work

  It's great hotel in great condition. Great front desk staff and house keeping does an excellent job making sure the rooms are spotless and public spaces are tidy. They have daily breakfast and dinner apps and drinks Monday through Thursday.

  Good value with full free breakfast and free wine/ beer mini dinner Mon- Thurs. Rooms spacious, comfortable needing, friendly staff.

  I wish I could rate this 5 but no. The first room I had was a suite infested with bugs in the bathroom and in the room. The second suite, housekeeping service obviously felt lazy and didn't clean up the hair in the bathroom from previous guests, didn't bother to clean the tub or silverware in the kitchen either. The only reason why this place is getting 3 stars is because of their daily complimentary happy hour (which I definitely needed) and other complimentary food specials that weren't as bad.

  I was staying here because me and my family was displaced by Hurricane Irma. We are still without power. Our stay was Amazing. Tennille McLeod was Awesome went it came down to making sure that me and my family was well taking care of and I can't thank her enough for a job so well done.

  Great hotel for a long stay. Kitchenette and hot breakfast and sometimes dinner is perfect for travelers. Convenient location. Pet friendly.

  Good and spacious option in West Palm and is just 12 min drive from the Airport. You get basic breakfast options, but they don't have any dinner options. Prompt and courteous service

  Alfred at the front desk was awesome. Very accommodating and a great place to relax and unwind between catching games at the new baseball stadium.
  One negative was the breakfast. The eggs aren't fresh, and the were room temperature even though they had just come from the back.
