I would give a zero if possible. The hotel room was nice and very clean. We traveled 4 hours to this location to spend Christmas here for a much needed vacation. Upon arrival the air had to be fixed in the room, the next issue was also minor but it took place that next morning: the breakfast attendant was putting the food up 30 mins prior to breakfast ending. By the time my guy friend makes it back to the room we get a call telling us to hurry downstairs because someone has broken in my car. I get down there the police have my car surrounded and are fingerprinting. Some thugs had pulled into the parking lot and bust my windows out of my car and took absolutely nothing. Had my contents from my glove box thrown all around my floor in car. The Haitian family a few spots down from me also had their windows bust out and 2 Mexican females traveling together also had their windows bust out. The hotel did not try to offer anything but to vacuum the floor and seat of the glass. With me being so upset and pissed off the assistant manager replied saying oh don't feel bad two other cars got hit too so you guys weren't the only ones. They did not try to send us to another location free of charge for the inconvenience. Only way we got a refund is because I had to dial corporate numbers to get it started. They did not offer to satisfy the customer. We had to ride back to Jacksonville 4 hours away with a piece of clear plastic over the window because we had no where to go and no window repair places were open due to the Christmas holiday. This took place on Dec 23rd 2017. The hotel is nice but garbage ratchet employees that work there. From the housekeepers to the management.

Nice size room and comfortable beds. The room overall look clean however when you started looking more deeply it could have used a thorough deep cleaning. Would stay there again great staff.

Location was great for work but the beds were not great. One of them had a large dip and felt like you were sliding out of bed and the other was just not comfortable

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast (eggs&sausage) and orange juice had a weird taste to it, the waffles were good and there wasn't the usual line to make them.

Great customer service staff with great when it comes to hospitality. Also this is a very cozy place and I will recommend it to anyone that comes to West Palm Beach.

Receiving very bed customer service by Megan and she called " TAXI " guy who was picked up me front of the hotel and drop me in PBI. The Taxi driver asking me $45 including tax and fee??? Ask him what is tax and fee!!!! ?? He was unable for giving me answers and says give me $45 other wise I call POLICE. I forget to ask his name but He is from Luca Transportation. Look like Indian guy.
Nice hotel but bad service.

The rooms are nice and roomy. The complimentary food is tasty and plentiful. Great location. Only 12 minutes from the airport. Close to City Place. Definitely use Uber or rent a car. Taxis are way overpriced

The location was very convenient for accessing the beach which was 15 minutes away as well as shopping areas. The rooms were well kept and clean. The service was very friendly and accommodating to any trouble we experienced with our stay.

This place has lots of room. 2 beds and a sofa bed. Our fridge was broken but they replaced it quickly. Work out room, pool, and wide selection on breakfast. Loved it. Well designed seating area for dining.

Be careful with packages offered in Rapids website. They're not clear and you always have to pay more at the hotel. Other than that, hotel was great and clean. Family oriented and great treatment.

We've stayed here at least six times a year for the past three years. The hotel is in a great location that is convenient to many destinations in and around West Palm Beach. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well maintained.
