We stayed this past weekend, and it was our third stay at this hotel. Very nice, as usual. Our room was clean and housekeeping was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Fruit was past its prime, though. Happy to see almond milk has been added to the offerings. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the location of the hotel is perfect. An easy walk to CityPlace for fun activities and shopping, and very convenient to our daughter's college campus (PBA). My teenage son left a sweatshirt in the gym, but housekeeping picked it up, and thankfully, we were able to get it back. Good looking out! Wish the rooms had a bit better view -
we always seem to get one overlooking the parking area or the big wall of the neighboring building. Overall a good value. We'll be back!

Overall hotel was great. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. Would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms temperature is very nice. Good hot and cold buffet for breakfast. Staff is very courteous.

Clean and well centered. Ervin was very pleasant and welcomed me at the front desk. Always had a smile and made me feel at home away from home. Nice small gym and Hot tub. Amazing Hot and Cold breakfast! Perfect loction. Just parking isn't free which is known in downtown Palm beach.

Convenient location to the downtown shopping areas. Rooms are average with other similar hotel brands. Staff were helpful.

Stayed here for one night for Sunfest. Check it experience was quick and simple. Although the hotel seemed to have a high occupancy of people attending the festival, no noise penetrated the room. The room was clean and spacious. The added couch area was very inviting and added depth to the room. The breakfast had many of the traditional morning staples. A variety of cereal and fresh fruit was available. Overall a great stay. I look forward to visiting again.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and very quiet. The "cold spa" was actually fun to mess around in. The only negative I found is that during breakfast there weren't any flat plates or knives. And when we asked for some, we were told "sorry we don't have any left".
