I ordered a bed from this Eastgate Mattress Firm Location by the Eastgate Mall. The day it was delivered the delivery driver said the wrong frame was ordered and it wouldn't fit my bed. I called Mattress Firm and talked to Mike Dennis and told him what happened and that I am in my 80's and wasn't able to pick up the frame, but I needed my bed to function. About 2 hours later Mike not only brought me the frame, but set my bed up for me. I really appreciated the excellent customer service that I received from Mike and will tell my family and friends about Mike going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and refer them to him when they need a bed.

Greg was helpful and courteous even though my bf and i walked in 15 min till close with our 2 yr old daughter. He encouraged us to try out the beds, 4 mins each, and then proceded to explain each kind and even some things that were interesting about the matress business. When the matress we ordered had a delayed delivery, even went out of his way to make sure we didnt sleep on this uncomfortable air matress for one more day. Hellofaguy, thanks Greg!
