They do a nice job. Have to downgrade some. They were great about replacing bad headlights ..not their fault. They did not clip the wheel well cover or the under shield well so the came loose & broke off. Had to replace on our own. Expensive!

These guys are excellent to work with. I've taken a few different vehicle to Mason Auto Body for body work. Every time they've been great to deal with. The quality of work is fantastic. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I've recommended them to a lot of people over the years. It's great to have a place to go to that you know they care about you and your vehicle.

This is, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. The staff was friendly, prompt, and never had me waiting for a rental car to pick me up. It's got a small town feel with superb customer service. The work they did on my vehicle was exceptional. Most impressively, they cleaned the car on the inside, which was impressive. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Fast estimate utilizing technology to deliver me a copy real time. The repair process was seamless and the work was high quality as expected. I hope I don't have a need to go back, but if I do need body repair Mason Auto Body will be my first choice.

I took in my 2014 GMC Sierra for deer collision work. When the truck was ready to be picked up the fender wasn't adjusted right with the hood and passenger door. A clothing seamstress could have pointed it out! The A pillar on the passenger side was also now scratched and the base of the antenna paint chipped. They did adjust the fender as well as touch up the A pillar and antenna after I pointed everything out initially, but a year later and I noticed that the passenger side tow hook was installed upside down!

Think twice about using this company. If you do, upon picking up your vehicle unless your a detail oriented person, take someone with you that goes over things with a fine tooth comb. Overall lack of quality control in my opinion especially for a newer vehicle!
