Why would you only be open until 12:00 on Saturdays and 5:00 during the week when people work? There are people that can't make it in until later in the afternoon on Saturday. I understand that is winter hours. Well it's not winter anymore, it's spring!! Not very good buisness in my opinion.

On 03-13-2014 at or around 11:30 am I brought some equipment in for service and waitied patiently at the service desk for approx 15 minutes. Eventually i left after several different service employees walked by as though i was invisible. I wont be back.
