Very helpful! Stayed open late to put tires on the car, helped find tires with rebate money, and just a great experience overall.

There road hazard does not cover the tire if it goes flat they did how ever give me a discount on the tire. Friendly service but if I didn't have road hazard on my tires I would go some where else.

Customer service is very poor. Had a warranty issue on a set of $700 tires and sales person sttd that they don't sale them anymore so they won't warranty them either. Even contacted the Store Mgr. and District Mgr. leaving messages and reason for call along with contact information. Also contacted the Tire Manufacture and and they assigned a reference number and recommended me to another tire dealer that may assist me. By the way still haven't had no return call from Appalachian Tire. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

If i could give zero stars, i would. No customer service skills, snide and rude. I took my keys and left.
