From the moment I walked in I had an amazing experience because of how welcoming James Williams was! Previously that day, I visited several other dealerships all of which were not willing to help or work with me. They all told me no. James never once told me no and the whole Kia team worked together to get me into the car I wanted!!!! The LaFontaine of kia employees are so friendly and funny they made the long hours fly by! I have recommended LaFontaine of Kia to four of my family members and two friends and they're all very happy in the kia's!!!! I recommend LaFontaind of Kia Ann Arbor to anyone who is having a hard time getting into a brand new car because they will definitely get you into one!

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very professional. The lease deal they promised me up front was the deal they delivered, there were no surprises when I came in to sign the lease documents. If you’re shopping for a Kia I would definitely check them out.

Our salesman, James, was amazing!!! We couldn’t be happier!! He worked really hard for us & I can’t say enough how happy I am! My daughter and I both received great customer service from James, Mike and Jay and we will definitely be recommending LaFontaine Kia of Ann Arbor to everyone we know who is interested in getting a new car! Thank you again James!! Your the best!

This was my first new car experience, from the moment I walked in I was treated like family. They made sure they got me the best deal possible. I visited the store with the old owners and I must say that the new ones are great, friendly, courteous and aim to ensure you walk out as pleased as possible. I love the new crew, my car salesman James Williams did a wonderful job in making sure I walked out with something not only safe, but he also went above and beyond by helping me find something that fit all I was looking for in a car and more.

Very nice facility with Great staff. Amanda was very attentive, came outside in the rain to greet me, and got the process started immediately. Also checked on me, to let me know that my vehicle was almost done. Very clean with plenty of open space along with nice lounge area and clean bathrooms. Best part has to be the huge full body massage chair.

They'll put you in a cool looking car for real cheap. After that you're on your own. If your car breaks down don't bother with the warranty or roadside service. They're terrible and will do anything to get out of their responsibility. If you must buy a car here, find a good mechanic to deal with all the problems Kia's have.

This dealership has been less than stellar. The salesman who leased me my KIA Soul in May of 2016, left or was fired one month later and I have been unable to get any kind of personalized service on my account since. The vinyl detailing that was put on the car by A2 Customs on Jackson Road in Ann Arbor, along both sides of the car, almost immediately started peeling off, which makes the car look terrible. A2 will not take responsibility for this shoddy work and KIA won't even give me an answer about how to resolve this. I stopped by the KIA dealership today, at around 12:15 and no one was there, the door open and nobody there! A hand-written sign on the door said to call 663-7770 for "help", with no area code, nothing. Really tacky and off-putting and just poor customer service all around.

I have been a customer of Kia of Ann Arbor for over 9 years, I have leased 3 different Kia's and my husband has bought 2 of my leases for his use.
I had such a bad experience with a salesman manipulating me into a Kia I did not want. The next day I brought it back and the manager put me into another Kia Sportage.
They send a coupon booklet with oil changes and these had the wrong VIN number on them so therefor they are not honored. I have contacted KIA of Ann Arbor several times to get this changed with no return calls or help of any kind. I keep getting voice mails when I call.
I would not recommend this facility. The new management is not up to par as the previous managers and sales staff.
    I will never return.

VERY shitty service. They make you seem like they're doing everything to help you, but they charge you for things they shouldn't. Everytime I call I get transferred to voicemails or get ignored. Very unprofessional. Save yourself future stress, and go elsewhere.

I had to walk out of this place. My fiance and I were looking to lease a newer car or potentially buy a used car. We worked with Brian and I would never go back. He insulted us several times. Made comments about our current used car, never sat down with us, and over all made us uncomfortable. He was bouncing all over the place not paying very much attention to us all even though we had a 10am appointment and were there before they opened. We asked for pricing on a certain vehicle and he was reluctant to give us the price. He tried talking us out of buying it. When we were on a test drive two other people came in who were sitting with him. We walked in and he just ignored us until I finally gave the keys to another employee and left. He was condasending and as a sales person myself I would never feel that trust I need to buy something. We left and went to Lofontaine in Saline and were treated so much better. I am giving people a heads up.

I will not get into great detail about my experience that earned Kia of Ann Arbor a 1. I will, however, provide this opportunity for the owner to call me to discuss why a customer of 6 years is not happy, you have my phone number.
