Christian and Tammy are the most amazing customer service reps I have ever dealt with! I went to the dealer on a Friday night at closing time, in November. I NEEDED toilet paper for our trip out of town. Christian gave me enough rolls, Free. 💗
Tammy is the girl to talk to if you are a woman trying to understand what kind of maintenance is needed, what to do, not do, etc. love her!response / report this review -

Had our trailer in for service and was impressed with the service department. Christian and the service team went above and beyond, even after hours on several occasions, to provide hometown service. They are always willing to take a few minutes to assist. We will continue to bring our trailer here and trust their team to deliver.

We just bought our first camper every one here has been wonderful. They answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns and are currently fixing the items we found wrong with the camper we brought. So far it's been a great buying experience.

I had such a wonderful time at Lloyd Bridges Traveland the sales were excellent! I was nervous going in and looking at RVs because of the fast talking salesmen who are ready to take your money and leave you out to dry but not here the sales were low pressure and wanted to get me into what i could afford and wanted. This place is wonderful their dog friendly and accommodated me any way they could. I would recommend this wonderful dealership to anyone and everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased our Sunseeker Class C in November 2015 with salesman Scott York. He worked with us to custom order our unit at a price we were pleased with.
We had warranty issues and Shelly was great to get things resolved with the factory.
Their new service manager, Christian, transferred to the service dept in Fall 2016. We stopped in on our return winter trip in April 2017. What a great job he has done, The service techs were happy and very helpful to get us back on the road. We all need service sometime and I will not hesitate to take my unit to them for service.response / report this review -

Out of curiosity we went to the camper show in Adrian,Michigan where Lloyd Bridges Traveland had some of their campers on display. We were going to purchase one that we fit what we were looking for but our salesman Joe found a better deal for us on a different one. They addressed all of our concerns and took great care in making it a great experience. All the staff is wonderful. Would definitely recommend my friends to go see them.

Tim the salesmen was great, delivery process had a few hiccups but were all worked out and that went smooth as well. Only reason I'm frustrated is I read through all the documentation, expressed to the gentleman that was doing the paperwork that I don't want my personal information shared with anyone else. I validated I wasn't consenting to selling my personal information in any of the paperwork and 3 weeks later I'm getting calls from campgrounds congratulating me on my purchase of an RV from Lloyd Bridges and trying to sell me memberships. Ever since those calls, unnamed gentleman (not Tim, again he was great) has done nothing to take any ownership of his deceit. I can't imagine they make much on each lead they give, but apparently it was worth it to them to piss off a customer and then give me the runaround when I ask for it to be corrected. I'd recommend shopping around and if Lloyd Bridges does give you the best bang for your buck, be very clear with the back office on your expectations and then hold them accountable. I was, I tried, and I failed. Good luck.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your first or next RV.
As many reviews will Echo mine, we also had a great sales experience here, BUT once the sale was over and the money paid, it all changed for the worse. Our new camper was poorly prepared and did not work well for our first outing. We had furnace issues and a leak in the canvas of the bed area, also some missing parts and a torn mattress. Now, trim pieces and wires are coming off on the inside. Let me remind you it has been three weeks of ownership. We purchased a Rockwood Roo. Upon calling the dealership back they said that it's not unusual to have a camper back in for service 3 or 4 times before it's right! After that my wife spoke with the owner and he was very rude to her explaining how none of this was their fault and we would have to bring it in. There were never any apologies or efforts to make things right, JUST ATTITUDE. We even asked about getting a different brand of trailer and they said sure and came back with a trade in value of $6,000.00 on a camper that was three weeks old that we just paid them $21,000.00 for!! We will not do business with them again and I will make a best effort to let others know about my experience across the many social networks that I am a part of. Its a shame that what once was a thriving family business, now has an owner that feels the right thing to do is to be very rude to its customers. I purchased a new camper from them in March of2017. Salesmen was great very helpful and never was there any pressure to purchase.
Two months later, (Monday of memorial week getting ready for a trip I found out how they stand behind what they sell and what great service they provide!
I had a warranty issue, they said they were slammed but would try to do something.
I am 60miles from them.
They diagnosed the problem and repaired it while I waited.

Nate Malinowski was my sales man and I could not have been happier!!! He was great from start to finish! Never over bearing always gave me my space​ and always available to answer any questions! He was always smiling and eager to go the extra mile!! He even called me to make sure my ride home went smoothly!! Definitely a plus for Lloyd Bridges Traveland!!!! Thank you Nate for a great experience, I can't wait to start camping!!

We loved our experience with Lloyd Bridges! I contacted them about a trailer we had been looking for and Todd helped us find one that best fit our budget and wishlist. They were easy to reach and not pushy at all. When we went to pick it up we realized we didn't have all the correct equipment on our SUV, but Christian (and all the guys) in the service department worked quickly to get us what we needed. He went above and beyond what we expected so we could still take it home that day! We highly recommend Lloyd Bridges to anyone looking for an RV.
