10 percent lower price on my bfg all terrain TAs. Here 11-27-17 and they are backed up for 8 hours. Not their fault, just heads up.

Had a blown tire on the highway and they got my truck in the same day and stayed late to make sure I got back on the road. Thank you Discount Tire! You made a bad day manageable.

Jackson Rd store has honest, thoughtful sales staff. I usually don't say that about sales people, but most of these guys have children and know when it's a waste of money and when it's time to keep your family safe and buy new tires. I actually feel good buying from these guys.

There are not enough words to say how much I love this place! Got a flat on the highway, limped over to Discount Tire literally 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they fixed my flat, for free, and had me back on the highway in 30 minutes! They were so incredibly accommodating and nice, I wish I lived closer so I could come in more often!

Bought my last set of tires from here. They come with lifetime free rotation which is nice. I was a little leery of their odd sales approach, where they ask you for 'permission' to tell you about your existing tires, the product they want to sell, and seemingly any other little thing. It comes across as insincere that said, I wound up with probably the best tires I've ever had in the snow and the treat has lasted forever. I think they are an honest place, the sales tactic just left me with an odd feeling.

Very solid DTC location.
The technicians are efficient and methodical. I observed the complete installation process of four BFG tires and their work was excellent.
Manager didn't have the best customer service but the sales representatives did. They were very busy on this occasion so I will give the manager the benefit of the doubt for not seeming genuine.

I needed new tires for my van. From the first call through the the end of the transaction the staff is incredibly polite and very personable. I had a small concern after the install that was dealt with immediately and professionally. I was happy to keep my business local, and got very good tires for a fair price that are made in the USA. I recommend contacting them when you are in the market for a new set of wheels.
