We just moved to this area and I take pride in my truck and wanted to keep all service done on it at a Ford dealership. I never had a problem my 1st oil change so I took it back when it was due for another one. The day after the oil change the engine light came on and it started running horrible. I called them and they told me to bring it in which my husband did the following day. They plugged it in, reset the engine light, and said the oxygen sensor was going bad. Never once did they pop the hood!! I let the truck sit for a few days cuz i didn’t want to drive it. Went to start it and now it swon’t even start. Call them back and they tell me they can’t get it in for a week to look at. I’m beyond pissed at this point and decide to go pop the hood myself and take a look. Low and behold I can’t open my hood because my cable is broke for the hood release. So now thanks to this dealership I have a 2014 F150 with 50,000 miles on it sitting in my driveway that won’t start and I can’t even pop the hood. Do not take your vehicles here to get work done! It will cost you in the long run!

As a business owner myself i highly recommend staying away from this place. Ordered parts, was promised they would be in next day, showed up next day, oh they arent in, shrugging shoulders and acting like it wasnt a big deal. Attitude sucks, which im sure many others agree. If your gonna have a business. Have some class and communication. Never another dime from me and anyone i know.

Went here last year and brought my car home and everything was fine until a few days later when I kept hearing a wobbling sound that kept getting louder day by day. . Finally got my father in law to look at it and come too find out Mark Moats forgot to tighten my tires on. Wow!! I am a mother of 4 and that terrified me when I found out!!! I was going to call but everyone said u can't prove it so. .. well I vowed to never go there again. Little did I know my husband took it there a few weeks ago which I thought he was taking it to Integrity (highly recommend by the way) and for the past week I told him there's a wobbling sound coming from the tires. We looked at them just now and all the bolts on the tires were loose yet again. I was going to call integrity cause that is out of the norm for them. .hubby says he took it to Mark Moats! !! BUSTED!! He finally agrees with me to NEVER go there again! !! Please be careful and check your tires if you insist on taking your vehicle there! !!!
