I was very pleased with Waikem. Vesper Tyler arranged my service appointment, explained who I was meeting with, and where to go! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions!

I had a very pleasant experience at Waikem Auto after I was referred by Lexie Woods. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jim, who was very nice and helpful. I ended up finding another vehicle somewhere else. However, I will keep Waikem Auto Family in mind for the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Rick Waddell. First and foremost he was able to get me into the car at the price I wanted. He is the nicest sales person that I have worked with over the years. He truly will go to bat for you to get you into the vehicle that you want! Great guy, truly went above and beyond, multiple follow ups to see how things were going with the car and if I had any questions. If you are in the market for a car do not hesitate to contact Rick!

Car broke down had it towed to Waikem which is where ive had multi services before. Coils needed replace and after fixing one. Mechanics told me i needed to buy another carthey sent out salesman to talk with me and salesman offered me $300 for my vehicle.. i test drove a newer vehicle and decided to wait for 24 hours to decide I wanted a second opinion so i had my car towed (as not drivable) to COLES garage. And less than $300 had another coil replace.. that mechanic told me engine and car was in great shape. And i am on the road again without any problem!!!

Karen Shapuite' was awesome!! When I first spoke with her I explained my budget.. When I got there she stuck to her word and really went out of her way to help me find the right car. She was super nice and had the "customer first" positive attitude the entire time. I really enjoyed car shopping with her and will be sending anyone I know who needs a car her way! Thanks Karen!

Just purchased a 12 Ram 1500 from Jeff Ross at the Kia store. Fantastic and painless experience from start to finish! Vehicle was as described on the website and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Jeff went above and beyond to fit my schedule which was a big deal to me. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent experience @ Waikem!! Jeff Ross went above and beyond to make my car buying experience quick and painless. He not only sent me pictures of the vehicle ahead of time, but also did all preliminary paperwork so I was in and out of the dealership in record time! This excellent customer service is why I've sent Jeff three other family & friends to purchase vehicles! Keep up the great work, Jeff!

I was very happy with are sell guy Rick W. He want above and beyond to get a car. He listened to what i wanted and he delivered it all. My husband and i work crazy schedules and he delivered all the paper work to his job for him to sign. I will make sure all my friends that needs a car goes to Waikem and sees Rick thank you for the awesome experience.

This was the worst experience of my life. I am not pleased with my vehicle. I have only had my vehicle for a year and a half and it has no A/C bc there is a major leak and it has not worked since I bought it and the wheel bearing that was originally fixed by you on the one side is still good but now the other side is going bad as well (bc any mechanic knows that you need to change both when one is bad, you have to change them in pairs). All around I am very unhappy with this vehicle. I tried to exchange it with you when I first got it and after much argumentation and being bullied by one of your sales managers you were only willing to give me $800.00 less than I paid on trade 4 days after purchase but we agreed to accept that and we were going to go through with the exchange and we found a different vehicle on the lot but when we went to test drive it the radio didn't work and the headlights were out. I have lost all hope and faith in this company. I have 3 children and for them and myself to have to drive around being hot is crazy. It was sold to me like that and I am not happy. I just gave up because I don't feel you would do anything or care like you say you do. So at this point I just suffer and keep paying on it but I would never recommend anyone to you not even my worst enemy bc of this experience.

I recently purchased a Hyundai SUV at Waikem Auto. Vaughn West (our Sales Consultant) is by far.the BEST I have ever worked with while getting a car! He made my experience easy and enjoyable! Between the wide variety of vehicles, friendly staff, and the appearance of the lot, I will be going back in the future! If you are in the market for a new vehiclethis place is definitely worth checking out!!!

I am a returning customer of the Waikem Auto Family. I bought a Kia from them 6 years ago and traded it in for a new Nissan. Great service and Roger Kinney was an awesome sales rep. When I need my next vehicle I will come back again
