Nice little place. The car was clean and ready to go, dealt with Kelly and Matt, very friendly and low pressure. However, the test drive route left a lot to desire. I was only able to spend about 20 minutes with the car, and I was not permitted to take the car on the freeway (absolutely necessary when making a serious inspection). I would come back again, but this dealership is not that busy and really needs to extend their test drives.

Unbelievably honest & the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I found a 2008 Acura TL on auto trader. I sent a quick email to get more information. Within 20 minutes I had a missed call, I called him back and I gave him a list of questions. I was nervous because I live 4 hours away.

Within 24 hours I had all of my questions answered, pictures, and descriptions of a few small things he thought I would have an issue with. Impressed with how straight forward the process was I scheduled an appointment and put a downpayment on the car over the phone.

I drove up Sunday night and stayed in a hotel about 10 minutes from the dealership. The owner picked me up at the hotel! All night I was nervous about getting dropped off and the car not being the way it was described, that was not the case! Everything was perfect and EXACTLY how he described over the phone. I couldn't believe it. I purchased the car, did the paperwork, and cruised home!

The whole transaction was incredibly honest and straightforward! This is how business should be! The auto industry could learn a lot from Kellys Auto Sales

I have waited 2 months to post this review because I wanted to be able to say with all certainty that the guys at Kelly's sold me a great car at a great price. I had been shopping for an older Corvette for some time. Some were misrepresented in their descriptions on-line. Not the case with Kelly's. The car was as advertised and they were great to deal with.
After two months with the car I am still very happy. I will shop here again.

I recently bought a vehicle at this dealership. It was my first purchase here but my husband and his family have purchased several and now I understand why they refuse to shop anywhere else. The service was exceptional and couldn't pass up the deal they offered. Very friendly and even spoke to the owner who personally came out to thank us for our time and purchase! Wow! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the vehicle we purchased. Thank you Kelly's!

First time buying a car on my own and it was pretty evident. Mike and Keith are nice guys who worked with me and my budget. Only disappointing thing is the front left speaker was blown out and I didn't realize it until after I purchased it. Although it is up to me to check the car, it would have been nice to know. And I imagine they were aware as knowing the details of the cars on your lot is part of being a car salesman. Just make sure you check all areas of the car. I felt it strange that they repeatedly told me they weren't liable for anything once the car was off the lot. Do your due diligence with their cars.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from Kelly's yet because I'm waiting to hear back from my bank!! The finance gentleman Mike will let you know all of your options and will try his hardest to get you financed! Everyone's financial situation is different, but he will definitely help you out! For whatever reason if my bank won't be able to help me out I still recommend you to go check this place out!! They have really nice vehicles that would fit anyone's budget!!!

Listen, I have purchased a number of vehicles from used car dealerships through out my existence on this planet. The folks at Kelly's, and I mean all of them were fantastic. I came from Virginia to Canton Ohio to purchase an H2 SUT. Most of the deal was put together over the phone, and I asked for pictures and videos, obviously trying to do my due diligence before I drove to Canton. They answered every request with promptness and professionalism. They had a number of opportunities to misrepresent what they had for sale and never did. When I arrived at the dealership, the truck I found was exactly what they said it was, and was exactly what I was looking for! The purchase was smooth and stress free. They never pressured me, the were pretty much right on time with everything they did. I am currently driving this truck and love it! Although I may never again be looking for an H2, Kelly's is on my list of inventory's to check when I am in the market for another car. I would be willing to drive back to Ohio if I found what I was looking for there, and would recommend these guys without hesitation.

Keith and Kelly are wonderful to work with. I searched all across the US for a trailblazer under certain mileage and at a good price and found it on his lot. I flew from Alabama to purchase this vehicle. My first flight ended up getting messed up so they stayed open late and picked me up from the airport just to get this vehicle. I was leery about buying it without having someone else look at it and Kelly assured me that if anything was wrong he would handle it. Even my loan officer enjoyed working with them! Thank you both for your hard work and patience! The drive from the lot to Michigan and then Michigan to Alabama was flawless!
